Hi QM, go to the vet and get pill pockets. That should help if you don't want to give him hotdogs. Glad you feeling better.

Thanks JSM, I never heard of them. It's not that I don't want to give him hotdogs, I just think it's probably not good for him to have a whole hotdog everyday for a month. I only used half of it this morning, and was going to use the other half tonight, but I'm afraid one everyday isn't good for him. Once or twice a week maybe, but I don't even really know for sure. Anyhow, let me see what those pill pockets are. The vet did say liverwurst would be ok, but I don't really know much about liverwurst. I assume it's made with liver though! I'm pretty sure its like a paste or spread, if I remember correctly. 

YVW QM, hotdogs aren't good for dogs. That is what made Josef overweight. Before I started shoving pills down his throat, I would take a soft piece of white bread, spread little bit of peanut butter and roll the pill up in the bread. He caught on, chewed the bread off, licked peanut butter off the pill.  I just shove his pills in the back of his throat, clamp down on his mouth and blow in his nose. That usually does the trick.

We're having a little cable work done today here by our cable provider. I wonder how may trucks I am going to get today. 

I have been busy all morning shining up all my spatulas..........

If I suddenly come up missing off the internet, you will know they have cut my cable and run, or I am in jail charged with assault on the cable guy.  I am hoping for all our sakes things go smoothly. I've got my big girl panties strapped on today and I am locked and loaded. I hate service people in my house anyway. 

I hope all goes well Fanny - whenever we have to have repair people out it causes me to break out in a cold sweat - I cannot stand it either. 

It's especially bad with the cable company. We have a "little' history....

   Oh boy.....
