Well my "dr" visit was total BS!!! I didn't even get to see my dr

Isn't that great, last week when I had mine I sat in the lobby and ten minutes later said the doctor had to leave for an appointment and couldn't see me. I begged, she said no, I started walking down the sidewalk, and a nurse called for me, and said I will make sure he sees you, and he did. I don't get this kind of treatment, sorry that happened

Thanks JSM, I am not sick tho, I went in for my bc shot and wanted to talk to my dr about new migrane meds and poss something to make me more upbeat an happy, they said all they booked me for was nurse for shot I wasn't aware of that and had to reschedule for next week

I was afraid to say, my husband and dad dropped me off and went to eat. And when that happened, mind you I don't have a cellphone, and never thought to use their phone I was so upset. I begged, that I just wanted some help, and left, and was walking aimlessly, until the nurse called me. I never was so happy to have someone call my name, she told me that the way I looked and she had heard me in the lobby that she wasn't going to let me leave without seeing the doctor. She even came into the room later, and said I'm leaving, but please if you need to talk call me. I am going to send her a thank-you card.

     I'm sorry you need to be more upbeat an happy, we are in the same boat, I pray they give you something that works. The new pill he gave me to feel more upbeat caused such shortness of breath and violent thoughts after one pill I threw them away. It is very difficult to get put on the right meds, I sure hope you are successful, and I mean that from the bottom of my heart. I don't wish depression on anyone.

Well that isn't good. Just an FYI, my sister took those BC shots and she got really bad headaches and made her really down and depressed. Hope you can see the doctor and talk to him/her about it. JSM

I will pray you do  Sometimes it takes different pills to find the right one, and for me I can get on one and it will work and then stop working after awhile. I should be use to this since I've been on and off pills since I was 13 and now middle aged  I hate that term. But anyways it never gets easier, I just cope, and go about my life in motions day after day, but oh well it could be worse.

No Rose, I am so thankful for that nurse! I can't believe the doctor would just go and leave you hanging. Thank God she knew something wasn't right. Some people (like you) have that feeling, and I am glad the nurse did and took care of you.

No Rose, I believe she means Birth Control. My sister did those shots for awhile and they made her a raving nut. I am glad she isn't taking them any more.

Yes birth control shot get one every three mos. I have had migranes for a long time munkey munk does too, I switched to this bc and it made me happier and not so grumpy helps tons with pms I dnt get it any more and dnt have periods, the happy feeling I get just seems to wear off quick like one month into it so I wanted to talk to my dr bout trying something else along with the shot. Also I like the migraine meds munkey munk gets so I wana see if my dr will give me some
