  My mom was supposed to call me before they left to go to Colorado. My stepdad had to work today and they were leaving once he got through with work. I thought maybe he had a long case and they hadn't left yet. So I call her cell phone and they are almost to Amarillo. She forgot to call and hadn't called any of us.  Plus they left late afternoon and are halfway across Texas. I have to ride with them at Christmas.  I hate riding in a car especially if it is going fast. Please pray I get the swine flu or bird flu or whatever other animal flu there is at Christmas so I don't have to go.

But it gives the county sheriffs office, and they handle some of those calls close around, and maybe even back your local PD on their calls. Just like Putnam County SO patrols Satsuma.

"From our standpoint, you know, we think that this gives us a sense of momentum … when the United States has accolades tossed its way, rather than shoes," State Department spokesman P.J. Crowley told reporters on Friday.
 
Crowley was referring to a 2008 incident in which an Iraqi reporter hurled his shoe at Bush during a news conference in Baghdad. The act of protest struck a chord with millions in the Arab and Muslim worlds who had been captivated and angered by daily images of the U.S.-led invasion of Iraq.

I have never hated anyone in my life, but I HATE this BHO and his administration. They think they are cute and clever, but they have 1128 days (I think I have check my Obama clock tonight) until they are gone. If he has 4 more years, I plan on moving to Canada, where they finally have voted in a PM that has some sense. JMO JSM

JSM, I will come and you will have the cleanest house, I will organize everything, I'll even cook  Now about the lady with the dog, she shouldn't have done that, but sometimes with an animal or human that is very ill, the person will scream and carry on because they can't handle the fact of the situation. When my mom died my dad blamed the doctors and everything, but it was his way of venting, and I do believe he was right, they didn't do the right things, and if they did my mom would not have died. I have all the paperwork from her doctor, not the doctor that took care of her when she ended up in the hospital, we went there one afternoon and he talked to my dad and me. I came home very upset and yelling that they didn't do the right thing and my mom died. So maybe this lady was doing that, I don't know, and yes it can get scary, poor pup 

No Rose, I am so sorry what you went through with your mom. I totally understand. I went through that with my Grandma, knowing that something isn't right. The sad thing is, she didn't want to get well and was told by family members she didn't need to suffer. She may have been okay if she had done a few tests. But that is another story. 

You know me more than anyone, I would give God my life for Josef's. As probably this woman would for her little dog (the dog looked fine to me), so that is why I was so puzzled why she was yelling the F word about. Heartworms are a bad thing and easily preventable. Sometimes I forget to give Josef his and pray when I do, his tests come back negative. The treatment is costly and I so feel for the woman, but they didn't tell her to take her dog home to die, she chose that option. When Josef had them, I tightened the belt, had a garage sale, went to the pawn shop to get the money I needed to get him well.

I hope she takes the dog to another vet (mine is an ER clinic so their fees are higher) and gets the dog the treatment he needs.

NOW, you come here anytime you want. You don't have to cook. You can clean, organize, mop, vacuum and walk Josef in this cold damp air. I would love to have you here and Josef would love it as well.   

     I love the way you said I don't have to cook, but I can clean, organize, mop, vacuum and walk Josef in this cold damp air, are you trying to tell me something  I'm sure she can take the pup to a lower cost vet, I can't imagine a vet would let a dog die under those circumstances, even a payment plan if they do that.

I don't think any of them are cute nor clever. From the moment I laid eyes on Obama I could see right through him. It puzzles me how more people didn't

  No I meant that we could have a take away or delivery or I could cook the hot dogs.  My vet has a payment plan and/or a credit plan. I really think the lady was mad at herself or the guy she was with and blaming it on the staff. They will work with you, but unfortunately it is a large corporation that owns them and they want payment up front.

I thank God every day that he goes to daycare there, he is cared for and treated great. I was told today that when you pull his name on the computer it says "WE LOVE JOSEF" then it says he bites me in the arse.

Thanks, what's left, my daughter has Hotmail, and she was going to set up an account for me there    I've just about had it in my house folks, the dysfunction and nonsense, and then my dad adds to it. I'm upstairs I don't want to go down. Now what is for supper, they are taking about it now, I could care less.

Lets go on vacation - came home and our furnace went out again after they came and fixed it for a pretty price - husband has the repair guy here now.... geeesh.  As far as dinner goes you have a can opener and microwave right? Tell them to have at it.

NORTHERN, we're all over on Caylee's thread, getting docs.

O MY GOODNESS, I am so soo sorry Northern Rose I got word of this way late.   I went to lay down & then a storm passed thru that had my internet down for a bit, came back & got busy reading docs for the Anthony case & I didnt see this!   I havent caught up over there at all since this morning...I did just catch on NG that Misty did that interview without the blessing and sound advice from her attorney...ugh that case too!

Is there anything I can help you with or need to know now?  Im gonna go over there and read at some point, hopefully soon.
