Yes, that's what I remember also.  But the letter sounds like she is not happy with Donnie.  No money sent, no visits, etc.  It sounded like she might move back with her Mother?

Someone must have been arrested or caught with Oxycontin. I doubt that LE would just pull this out of a hat as a scenario.  Or maybe someone has easy access (family member with cancer etc).

sorry for butting in but if nay nay's babydaddy don't work and her momma does momma could claim baby at tax time and get a child credit.  nay nay wants her mother to defraud the irs so she can get the extra money and buy nay nay a car.  (and she (momma) can keep whatever is left.

I bet she has not filed - if the IRS owes you money it really does not matter when you file aslong as it's w/in  2  yrs is my understanding.  I always file extension's and always file late.  I hate taxes!   Not paying part the doing part.
