Tim Holmseth has approached different angles of this abduction.  He has looked at the possibility of people inserting themselves into this abduction for the fame, for possibly fraud being committed in the HaLeighbug Center.

Information / leaks that possibly have been released thru the PCSO.  The possibility of photoshopping pictures to benefit some over the other.

Is he NUTZ for trying to bring Justice where it is needed.  Did anyone else involved in this abduction work it for finding HaLeigh, or for their own betterment?

Cobra is a 'Redneck" as I see him.  He appears tough, uses foul language, but tells it like it is.  Or....is it really like he says???  Who are we to judge, none of us have been directly involved with any of these players nor the individuals that this abduction has affected.

So, if Tim Holmseth has a legit claim on wrongdoings, do we not want justice served???  If he can bring the facts and proof....whether it is he or anyone else...I say give them a chance....cause if noone tries...then what????

Non members or others that read the forums can claim that we are all Nutz for some of the thoughts ideas we have come up with concerning the whereabouts of HaLeigh, the lifestyle of the family and their friends.  Just because they may lead different lives, does not mean that they are guilty or innocent.   The same goes for Tim's past...maybe he made mistakes, but NOW is NOW and he should be given a chance like the rest of them.

Miki .. to an extent, I agree with you.  Especially the part that this is about Haleigh.  I am going to be totally stunned and embarrassed if Misty is not somehow culpable in this ... whether somehow responsible for Haleigh's disappearance and presumed death or has guilty knowledge of who exactly did do it.  I'm totally ambivalent about Ron, although I don't think he was responsible.  His demeanor since has left me very confused.  I think Crystal and most of her family have really suffered, but I am not a Crystal fan in that she does not appear to have been much of an advocate for her child prior to losing custody.  So, yeah, they are all human and may be undergoing a great torture at this time, but they ain't heroes for sure, none of 'em, and especially the Croslin clan.  It's possible that not a single Croslin .. including Misty ... was involved in this, but I find it hard to believe that those sociopaths have any real feelings toward Haleigh at all.

no...my question ...would anyone just go out of their way to drop off an envelope not knowing what was inside of it? remember when the "white powder" scare went around a few years ago? forgot what it was called...deadly stuff delivered to post offices and places like that...my mind is a blank right now...help me out someone..anyways, what if it was something like that and this woman could have been arrested!

I don't know anything about Tim Holmseth except what he himself has written, one story of which I felt very uncomfortable reading and had to stop.

Definitely any improprieties in the search for Haleigh should be looked into, but I think it's really important to make sure that the priority, Haleigh, is not clouded or forgotten with drama and pettiness and rumor.  Too much of the craziness of this case is fact, unfortunately.  I was uncomfortable reading Tim's thoughts that Marie and Crystal staged that search (I don't believe that they would do that) and were not being aboveboard with the Haleighbug foundation (I think they did the best they could).

I do think that in times like this, families are prey for those who want to make a name or buck off of them, and are vulnerable to those who take them by the hand and promise to help them out.  In some cases (maybe like this one) the people they choose as advisors are not there for the reasons the family thinks they are, and when that becomes clear to the public, the family looks bad too.  I just don't get the same feeling from Marie and Crystal (or even Ron) that I get from, say, the Anthonys who made it very obvious pretty quick that they were planning to milk the situation.

I am very glad that Kim P. is out of the picture, and if Tim H. had any part in that - kudos to him.

My2Cents ... yes, I think that is Lindsy.  Thanks so much.  I've been wondering each time I've seen that video clip just who that was.  Mostly I've been struck by all these young girls with little kids attached to them!  Poor children!

Part of Mystery Letter's Contents Revealed

PUTNAM COUNTY, FL -- The Sheriff's Office has released more information about the mystery note involving a missing girl.

The letter was dropped off last week at the St. Augustine Record Newspaper.

Monday, investigators said the note mentioned a specific site where Haleigh Cummings' body could possibly be found in Putnam County.

Haleigh Cummings disappeared from her Satsuma home in February. She was 5-years-old at the time.

Dick Schauland with the Putnam County Sheriff's Office said, "It was a real specific tip as far as directions to where it was buried, where supposedly the burial site was. [Investigators] followed up on that, they had cadaver dogs there. This was an area that had been searched prior, and they had cadaver dogs out there earlier. So the area has been searched really well."

However, nothing was found.

Investigators are not identifying the woman who delivered the letter to a St. Augustine Record reporter. However, Schauland said she claims she was a messenger for a former FBI informant with "special abilities."

Two other letters containing information about the Haleigh investigation have been released to the media in the past week.

The Putnam County Sheriff's Office did not release them, but a private investigator said he intercepted the letters.

Last week, a letter apparently from a Putnam County Jail inmate was released to the media. Over the weekend, a second letter from that same inmate was distributed to the media.

The two letters say about the same thing.

In the letters, the inmate says investigators have questioned her about a particular scenario.

She says she's been questioned if Haleigh got into some pills -- specifically Oxycontin, if Haleigh overdosed on the pills, and then if someone disposed of the body.

Monday, Schauland with the Putnam County Sheriff's Office confirmed investigators have questioned the inmate.

Schauland also said investigators have spoken to an individual who has signed a sworn statement about the scenario in which Haleigh overdosed on pills.

"We do have a sworn affidavit," Schauland said. "It's a process they go through. [Investigators] make them swear the information they've given is true and that's what a sworn affidavit is. There is one that says that and [investigators]have not been able to substantiate that at all. As you know, they pumped the lake and found nothing."

Schauland said the sheriff's office did not find any evidence to prove Haleigh got access to drugs and that someone disposed of her body at the lake which investigators drained in the Mondex area last weekend.

When reporters asked Schauland if Haleigh could've gotten a hold of some drugs at all, he said he and investigators just didn't know.

Schauland and investigators continue to say Misty Croslin Cummings, Haleigh's stepmother, is the key to the investigation and knows information that can help them find the little girl.
