Haleigh Cummings Update: Lisa Croslin Extradition

97.3 The SKY has learned from the Davidson County, TN Clerk regarding Lisa Croslin’s hearing:
 

    * Lisa Croslin’s hearing Wednesday resulted in Croslin signing waivers so that FL authorities can come and pick her up
    * A status court date of 10/14/09 was entered - FL has 10 days to pick up Croslin so this date will not likely result in another hearing in Davidson assuming FL comes to take her back to Putnam County
    * The waiver is an extradition waiver required in order for her to be transferred
    * The $100K bond was changed – because Croslin signed the waivers they changed the bond to an “open court” bond – it’s for security reasons, so a bondsman can’t bond her out before FL officials come to get her

Haleigh Cummings – Misty Mystery Solved

Misty Croslin Cummings sudden vacation caused a great deal of rumblings online. There were two wonderful although completely bogus rumors.

My favorite was that Misty Cummings was under protective custody. I will not name names, but here is the quote from someone close to the investigation:

    Are you kidding! She would be the last person we would make that offer to!

The other silly rumor was that Misty had turned herself into some sort of religious facility and was spilling the beans. This story has subsequently and mysteriously disappeared from the site involved. Ahh the joys of the internet! There is no need to verify your information, just publish. This particular site is a no name blog, so I guess there was no harm done.

So what is the real story? My sources, and they are very reliable, tell me that Misty did indeed spend a day at Universal Studios, but that was not the prime motivation. Ronald and Misty did not have a huge fight, again nonsense created online, rather it was a planned trip.

You may not like Ronald Cummings or Misty Croslin Cummings, and I certainly do not, but, think about if for a moment. These two people have been in the media spotlight for months. Their stress level must be pretty high.

Misty left somewhat quietly just to get away for a few days, time away from the constant pressure, she did by the way return last night. What you may not be aware of is that last Friday Ronald Cummings also went to Orlando. Misty, Ron, and Junior had a great day at a local park. Junior could be a little boy again, rather than a lab experiment under the press microscope.

I think one of the things that many people miss is the fact that there are innocent victims in this case. Sure, we would all like to throw the whole family behind bars, they seem to have very few redeeming features. But what about Junior? Doesn’t he deserve some respect? Of course it would be valid to argue that Junior is going to grow up to be just as dysfunctional as the rest of the clan but only time will tell.

I do not have a great deal of time for the Cummings, Croslin’s or Shefield’s, they all have their unique challenges. What I do care about is the safe return of Haleigh Cummings. Someone, somewhere holds the missing jigsaw piece, and I do wish they would come forward. If Haleigh Cummings is still alive she needs to be found, if she is no longer with us, the culprits need to be brought to justice.

Okay, so Misty's trip was uneventful...dam   BUT who paid for this trip?

My guess.. either the back child support that Ron probably has gotten by now.. or NG, maybe as a way to get both Ron/Misty on her show together, as an exclusive or something?  Dunno for sure. 

If the money came from the child support due Ron, wouldn't that be a fine howdy do.  Child goes missing, let's use that money to send 'the key' (number one POI) on 'the list', who has done nothing IMO to deserve such a thing, on a lil vacay.

Can't help but be jaded and I just don't like these people.
I saw the screen captures of the payment of the back child support.
I wonder where Crystal got the money to pay the big bucks.

OT, Mark Lunsford will always suffer no matter what happened to Couey.
But at least it spared Mark from ever having to make any other courts appearances for any nonsense that a lawyer could dream up.

So, Misty is back. Oh wow. Bombshell. Breaking news. Same old, " I was at work " from Ron , " I was at home washing blankets." from Misty. NG's program is going to be a total waste.

NG will have at least 15 more opportunities to brag on the twins and promote her book tho!           

When will the producers realize she's wayyyyyyyyy beyond being helpful to the world? 

IMO, they need to kick her to the curb and put someone in there like .. Mike Brooks.

Maybe Universal STUDIOS paid for the vaca and there's a movie deal in the works. Stranger things have happened.  NG just said they were at DisneyWorld. Can you say "ABC!" Ugh.
