Misty Cummings Accused In I-4 Road Rage

WESH 2 Speaks Exclusively With Alleged Victim

LAKE MARY, Fla. -- The person who last saw Haleigh Cummings before the child disappeared has been accused of chasing another driver on a busy highway in a fit of road rage.

Deputies said Misty Croslin Cummings was the aggressor in the chase that caused a woman to fear for her life. The woman spoke exclusively to WESH 2 Wednesday night.

"Cutting me off, slamming on the brakes, coming up next to me, hanging out of the car, saying they're going to kill me," the victim said.

The alleged road rage victim, who asked to keep her identity hidden, said she merged onto Interstate 4 at Maitland Boulevard, unknowingly crossing paths with Misty Cummings, the stepmother of missing 5-year-old Haleigh Cummings.

Police said 17-year-old Misty Cummings was a passenger in a car with a female friend, and the victim said the two made threats for about 10 miles. That's when, the victim said, it looked like the missing toddler's stepmother pulled out a gun.

"The passenger was flaunting something around, made it seem like she had a gun," the woman said. "That with the threatening, chasing me down, made me pretty scared."

Just south of Lake Mary Boulevard, deputies got in between the traffic trouble. They said the car in which Misty Cummings was riding exited the highway and pulled into a gas station.

WESH 2 reported Tuesday that Haleigh's father and Misty Cummings' husband of six months has filed for divorce.

Yeah that should be interesting.  Seems AH, TJ, and others have all gone silent.  Steph's last article didn't seem to me like he had any inside info from Misty.  And we all know that Misty most certainly does not talk the way he is portraying her.  I'm confused once again.  It will be more interesting to see if Ron comes out to several media outlets with barrels blazing to look for Haleigh.  Now that I'd like to see Spewed from every tower.

I've got two questions:

why the heck is Donna Brock driving drunk and how did the cops not notice?

why are there many, many p;ics of TES searches on her myspace?  I thought TES asks that no pics be taken?

we have been saying for months that something is going to happen, one of these days it will! 
not sure that I am buying into this whole road rage thing...I agree with the monkey who said that they find it hard to believe that someone who works closely with Tim would involve themselves in this type of behavior (for 10 miles yet) and would allow their passenger to do what this woman is claiming...did any other motorists see this happen or notice anything? and if this woman was so worried and afraid, why didn't she press charges or could she?  seems like she could have pressed charges for something....
this whole thing is just getting nuttier and nuttier...imo

also it should be noted that she has erased all her comments...  i originally thought she just had them hidden which i can get to when people do that but she flat out has no comments and over 600 friends so she has definitely deleted all her comments this is what her hidden comment page looks like... notice it is empty

I don't think that Louise Brock with 7 grandchildren, that was at HaLeigh's 6 birthday celebration is Donna Brock. At least I hope not. May be related though.

Balloons fly for Haleigh

At Riverfront Park, about 20 supporters were handed balloons as Louise Brock worked quickly to fill as many as possible.

Brock said she has seven grandchildre, and traveled from Georgia to help the family in the weekend events.

Not sure what if any ranch was out at the end of Commonwealth however, I do know that where they are referring to is no where even close to Commonwealth. The property in question is actually out past Whitehouse almost to Baldwin but before you get to the Winn-Dixie warehouse out off Beaver Street (US90). If you were to drive down 90 on most any day, you would probably NEVER even notice where it is that they are referring to as it appears as though the only drive into the property seems to go straight into the trees.
