  How come some of these missing people cases turn out like this? Why is it that it turns nasty and mean? Some cases don't, others do, could it be the players in the cases that turn ugly, be a reason? I don't know but in all this nonsense, the missing person, or murdered person gets lost 

A very experienced attorney who worked difficult cases once told me that when faced with a long, arduous uphill struggle,  the players frequently develop "horizontal hostility", that is, hostility against each other, rather than working for their primary goal.

Thank-you, I've never heard of that before, but I guess that would make sense.

Why does he have a gun in the closet ?
I live in a different country. We do not have guns in closets. They have to be under lock and key and if you are considered a person who is a danger to themselves or others, you do not have these weapons. They take your weapons and pull your FAC.
Ron is a danger to others as he has made specific threats to specific individuals.

On none of the docs listed at the Lake County Clerks office does it show a marriage certificate for Jeffrey G Hankins that I could find.

Miller, founder of Texas Equusearch, who has been donating time and money to cracking the case, tells me Ronald recently showed him an assault rifle in his closet and threatened to “blow Misty’s teeth through the back of her head, if she had anything to do with it, and take a few people with her,” then kill himself. “I said, ‘Whoa, Ronald, you don’t want to do that.’ He was obviously a distraught father and not thinking straight. He put the gun back.”

I surely hope he has that closet securely locked. He has custody of a young child who is currently living with him.

This just makes me sick.
