How hard is it for Baez to transmit these photos using a secure server? There's a whole world of critical information being transmitted every day without being hacked. How long is this now he has had those photos? He could have driven them to the experts by now. What's wrong with Registered Mail....  it is as safe as anything out there. What an idiot.

If my memory is correct...didn't they already set up a secure server for receiving and viewing the crime scene and autopsy pics and info ?? that was last year if I recall

In a capital murder case, I think it's always a good idea for the defendant to coordinate her outfit with the lead attorney.  Especially the color and fit.  I think it's more soothing to the jury, not to mention that they can swap clothes to lighten the boredom.  It must be really boring to be the defendant in your child's murder.  Ho-hum.

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Attorneys for Casey Anthony were in court Friday asking a judge to dismiss the murder charge.

That is one of several motions being heard in the Orange County Courthouse. The hearings started about 9:30 a.m. (Read updates from the courtroom below.)

One of the motions filed by the defense asks Judge Stan Strickland to dismiss the murder charge and the aggravated child abuse charge against Anthony.

There will be two hearings held. One of them concerns the murder case, and the second focuses on the check fraud case.

Anthony faces more than one dozen fraud charges in addition to murder charges in the death of her daughter, Caylee Anthony.

    * 9:30 a.m.: Casey Anthony is in the courtroom this morning, as are her parents, Cindy and George Anthony. They are sitting in the back and exchanged a smile with their daughter before the hearing.

    * Cindy Anthony told WESH 2 reporter Bob Kealing she does not plan to watch a CBS "48 Hours" show on the case when it airs on Saturday.

    * 9:40 a.m.: There was a delay in the courtroom pool feed, so the hearing began before the video was available.

    * 9:50 a.m.: Prosecutors asked for the name of a witness who can back up the defense assertion that someone else put Caylee's body in the woods near the family's home during a time when Casey Anthony was locked up last year. The judge said the defense must turn over the name by Feb. 1.     Why so long, they have it or they dont geez louise!!!!

    * 10:15 a.m.: The defense was granted a motion to get access to crime scene photos. The hearing has adjourned without a ruling on dismissing the charges.
