I believe they are discussing privately how the cd's will be packaged & sent without anyone else knowing about it ,identifying the package and stealing it , i suppose... and i heard about the that man, saw them detain him but I dont know who he is or why they stopped him

I just rewound and the bailiff grabs grey shirt guy at the very end.
