CBS vows to present both sides of the story, and the show will feature Jesse Grund, who describes Anthony, his former fiancee, as "dark, selfish and remorseless." Attorney John Morgan discusses the civil lawsuit he's filed on behalf of Gonzalez. And the show also promises to include never-before-seen video of Caylee.

The network released some clips from the show, including a quote from Anthony's lead attorney, Jose Baez, who says, "I think they botched this from the beginning."

Hello Monkeys

A caller on Court tv said the tattoo has 3 stars and just 2 have a dot.
They wondered if it was because Caylee had not turned 3 yet before she died.
Does anyone think casey told the tattoo guy not to put the dot in the third or he just made a mistake

heard that as well.  I have some captures of grey shirt guy.  At the end he goes over and talks to George.  Wonder who he is?

From what we know of these dirtbags probably the fact that Caylee was horribly murdered by casey. sorry Monkey but that is how I read that pix.

Court TV just said they would play the lost footage from this AM.

He also wants Casey Anthony's check fraud case moved to either Miami-Dade, Palm Beach or Broward counties.

Casey’s lawyers said they believe it was a stranger who killed Caylee.

Now they're saying they believe the killer was someone Casey did not know.

In a capital murder case, I think it's always a good idea for the defendant to coordinate her outfit with the lead attorney.  Especially the color and fit.  I think it's more soothing to the jury, not to mention that they can swap clothes to lighten the boredom.  It must be really boring to be the defendant in your child's murder.  Ho-hum.
