A caller on Court tv said the tattoo has 3 stars and just 2 have a dot.
They wondered if it was because Caylee had not turned 3 yet before she died.
Does anyone think casey told the tattoo guy not to put the dot in the third or he just made a mistake

The defense has until Feb 1st of next year to turn over evidence that shows their client is innocent, if that were the case, you would think that would have been handed over by now

The tall lady I was asking about before was sitting in the front row end of isle.  She seems to be beside Lyon's law students.  Could she be part of Lyon's team?  A reporter or CBS rep?  Cindy gave her a really big hug so they are familiar with each other.  Anyone have any ideas who she is?

I just need to vent..still reading the depo's released yesterday.  Ashton keeps asking ?'s using Caylee by name, and george keeps answering "the child, or grand daughter".  Talk about disconnect!! Pi$$es me off. Tens of thousands of oppertunities he has had over the past year to say her name, and just refuses to.

The defense has until Feb 1st of next year to turn over evidence that shows their client is innocent, if that were the case, you would think that would have been handed over by now 

They need time to create find it.

Date set for Casey Anthony trial

A judge has set a date for Casey Anthony's trial on check fraud charges.
The trial is now set for Monday, January 25th. A pretrial hearing will be held on December 18th.

Anthony is accused of stealing hundreds of dollars worth of checks from her friend, Amy Huizenga. Her attorneys are fighting to get the case moved out of Orange County, and they want to interview potential jurors individually rather than in a group setting.

Anthony's team also wants to prohibit the State Attorney's Office from using any evidence from the murder case or "prior bad acts" during the forgery trial.

It is beyond frustrating, and I just don't get it, the two of them just go about and have no shame, I will never understand this. I read some of the depos and just got to disgusted to go on  I just can't believe that something didn't happen in that home sooner, I'm shocked at some of the things said.
