So far I've only waded through to page 130 of George's depo but I gotta say his testimony in regards to his reaction when he was told that Casey was preggers is absurd in so many ways, IMO.   One glaring red flag is:  In his naration, he constantly stresses that he was/is always financially challenged.

For him not to immediately hit the roof & demand that the baby's father bear the financial burden simply doesn't fly.   Also, by the way he describes his reaction, he already seemed to know that the baby was female?

Its clear by what he says that they only think Jesse may be the father.  Obvious knowledge on their part of her sexual habits, imo, and yet he acts as tho everything is hunkey-dory.   Surreal.

I just need to vent..still reading the depo's released yesterday.  Ashton keeps asking ?'s using Caylee by name, and george keeps answering "the child, or grand daughter".  Talk about disconnect!! Pi$$es me off. Tens of thousands of oppertunities he has had over the past year to say her name, and just refuses to.

It is beyond frustrating, and I just don't get it, the two of them just go about and have no shame, I will never understand this. I read some of the depos and just got to disgusted to go on  I just can't believe that something didn't happen in that home sooner, I'm shocked at some of the things said.

I'm not a healthy gal these days so I can only handle a certain amount of this stuff or I'll pay for it dearly. Plus Nick will tan my behind. I have a friend that is the most patient person I know and a lot of it makes her so upset. These people keep on making the picture more and more disgusting and just don't care. It's beyond heinous.

They can't say Caylee's sweet name and make it more personal...they can't make that connection and get close to the guilt and shame.

I can't believe something didn't happen in that home sooner either.

I understand, and please don't read more to get yourself upset.  They seem to lack guilt and shame, I have more than my share, I will give them some of mine. They are just disgusting

He is more than financially challenged, he is also morally challenged.  That was all bs, what parent would not want to know details, of course one would expect the father to help out, financially and to be there for the child. It is simple, Cindy was going to take over, Cindy is in control, that was her child, it really wasn't Casey's baby. Sure Casey gave birth, but what did that matter? He is nothing but a worthless doormat.

Now that I’ve experienced it, Snoopy, I’ve learned how to say, “No comment. It will all come out in a subsequent post. I will say that I had the pleasure of spending some time with Joy Wray. I would prefer you all keep your comments about her to yourselves right now until I do my write-up. There are some very important things that will come out in the news if they haven’t already. ORLANDO, Fla. -- A judge has ruled to dismiss a request to throw out the most serious criminal charges against Casey Anthony, who is charged with murder in the death of her daughter, Caylee.
Anthony's attorneys had asked that first-degree murder and aggravated child abuse charges against Anthony be thrown out, claiming they were based on "circumstantial and speculative" evidence.

During a brief hearing Friday morning, the prosecution argued that the motion filed by Casey Anthony's attorneys was riddled with errors and insufficient.

"While the lengthy motion is both thoughtful and interesting, it does not meet the requirements of Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.190(c)(4), which allows a defendant to move for dismissal alleging that there are no material disputed facts...while certain facts are undisputed, the bulk of the material facts are disputed," Judge Stan Strickland wrote in his ruling.

Anthony has pleaded not guilty and says a baby sitter kidnapped Caylee.

More than 1,000 pages of transcribed depositions with members of Anthony's family were released Thursday night.

Casey Anthony's mother, Cindy Anthony, and brother, Lee Anthony, were also questioned under oath by the prosecution. The depositions took place several months ago.

Conway is going on about the systematic release of evidence in the case and how the public are forming their opinions based on experts and the experts could be wrong. 

She is now asking Conway if he thinks it is wise to let his clients talk to Larry King. 

Conway responded that media does not have his clients best interest at heart.  They want people to know they support their daughter regardless of the outcome and that is never going to change.  They also want the public to know about their grand daughter Caylee who is gone and they want her memory to live on.  They are their to support their daughter and insure a fair trial.

When asked if he thought Casey could get a fair trial in Florida he says yes a fair jury could be found but it will take a long time.

I get so sick of George playing the poor me song and dance.  It is always about him!  I cant stand the poor excuse of a man, father or husband.  He has been having a pity party for himself for years - but doesn't seem to understand that he has him and only him to blame.    Cry me a river George you pansy.
