At this point, you cant stand for Caylee AND stand for Casey.  This has to be guilt talking...they know they left Caylee in harms way.

ORLANDO, Fla. -- A judge has ruled to dismiss a request to throw out the most serious criminal charges against Casey Anthony, who is charged with murder in the death of her daughter, Caylee.
Anthony's attorneys had asked that first-degree murder and aggravated child abuse charges against Anthony be thrown out, claiming they were based on "circumstantial and speculative" evidence.

During a brief hearing Friday morning, the prosecution argued that the motion filed by Casey Anthony's attorneys was riddled with errors and insufficient.

"While the lengthy motion is both thoughtful and interesting, it does not meet the requirements of Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.190(c)(4), which allows a defendant to move for dismissal alleging that there are no material disputed facts...while certain facts are undisputed, the bulk of the material facts are disputed," Judge Stan Strickland wrote in his ruling.

Anthony has pleaded not guilty and says a baby sitter kidnapped Caylee.

More than 1,000 pages of transcribed depositions with members of Anthony's family were released Thursday night.

Casey Anthony's mother, Cindy Anthony, and brother, Lee Anthony, were also questioned under oath by the prosecution. The depositions took place several months ago.

I just need to vent..still reading the depo's released yesterday.  Ashton keeps asking ?'s using Caylee by name, and george keeps answering "the child, or grand daughter".  Talk about disconnect!! Pi$$es me off. Tens of thousands of oppertunities he has had over the past year to say her name, and just refuses to.

It is beyond frustrating, and I just don't get it, the two of them just go about and have no shame, I will never understand this. I read some of the depos and just got to disgusted to go on  I just can't believe that something didn't happen in that home sooner, I'm shocked at some of the things said.

I'm not a healthy gal these days so I can only handle a certain amount of this stuff or I'll pay for it dearly. Plus Nick will tan my behind. I have a friend that is the most patient person I know and a lot of it makes her so upset. These people keep on making the picture more and more disgusting and just don't care. It's beyond heinous.

They can't say Caylee's sweet name and make it more personal...they can't make that connection and get close to the guilt and shame.

I can't believe something didn't happen in that home sooner either.

I'm careful. Thanks. There's only so much I can stand to hear, read, or see. Including anything coming from my in laws! I know when to walk away. I appreciate the company here with you wonderful monkeys, waiting on justice for sweet Caylee and so many others here posted at SM. I don't get to post as often as I'd like, but I'm often curled up on the laptop in bed, reading along, sharing the wait with you all and trying to keep updated on the cases.

I'd gladly loan them some of mine too, No Rose...but don't even bother offering them a thing like that, sweetie...they'd throw it to the ground and stomp on it. They don't even have any smarts...if they did have that at least, they would have shut up a long time ago.

     You would think that guilt would have killed them by now, I just don't understand and never will. I am like you, if I get worked up on this case or other cases, or with life itself I just walk away for awhile, take the dog for a walk. What I don't get is, does Cin and George really think they are getting away with all these lies, do they really believe that people believe them, it just blows me away 

I think even if spindy had no support at all she'd still be at it thinking she could get away with it. Some whackos need at least a little support to keep their little fires going, but spindy I think is a seriously sick minded person. I can't tell if she's a bad case of narcissism or just a really sick codependent...whatever it is, she's got it somethin' awful. I think she could care less if anyone believes them or not. Still watching tru tv and BC was just on spewing his BS. The snarky commentator bragged how she was going to shift the poll of voters that thought the crime scene was not compromised. The majority at the time she said that was overwhelmingly that it was NOT compromised. She said the voters were not well informed! Later on in the original broadcast tru tv showed another poll where the concensus did change to the majority believing the scene was compromised. Thanks tru tv for showing your biased opinion and trying to sway public opinion for KC and against justice for Caylee!!

    I gave up on that station a long time ago, to many of the people that are hosts of shows got me to upset.

Yup...that's what they said, Conway "fixed" the statement. Or maybe...Conway simply made the entire statement for them.

It's infuriating the way they refer to that little darlin' as an it and the child. I wonder if they treat their dogs the same way... and maybe Caylee was just another "pet".
