  Yes, Andrea Lyons did, in fact, say very disgustedly and contemptuously "Oh, for God's Sake!" when the State's Attorney objected to the Defense burning a CD of Caylee's remains for Caylee's sake.  Heaven forbid, Andrea, that we should ever once consider this was a living, breathing, thinking, feeling, happily playing with her doll baby, busily exploring her world CHILD before your client killed her and gift-wrapped her to spite her mother! To Andrea Lyons I say, "Repent for the kingdom of Heaven is at hand." and "The wages of sin are death.".  Andrea, you've made it your profession to cast doubt on the truth, so you could build your reputation and help killers live, regardless of the fact that your clients took lives.  That's just evil, period.  That's justice perverted and you're calling evil good by "saving" killers from their rightful punishment.  Why should they get to live?  Their victims didn't.  Casey Anthony is no exception.   Andrea, you too have a limited number of days before you stand before your Maker Creator.  To cover for someone who shed innocent blood is to participate in that blood shed yourself.  All proudly MOO.

Interesting in the Conway and Anthonys video http://www.wftv.com/video/21316541/index.html   , when asked if George was asked of perjury charges, Conway replies "George has a lawyer that's gonna take of it.  So no, he's not.".  Hmmmmmhm, really.  Planning to wave a magic wand and make it all disappear, Brad?  Also, when Conway is pressed about seeing inconsistencies (specifically the duct tape and the smell of human decomposition in the trunk) in George's statements :43-:59, he flatly replies "No.", but he can't resist adding the qualifying "Not in the big picture, I don't."  So, Conway admits there ARE inconsistencies.    I find it absolutely ridiculous how the Anthonys push Brad Conway around in his wheel chair when he's perfectly capable of pushing himself (as we've seen countless times).  IMO, it's a PR move to make George and Cindy look compassionate and humanize them.

Big Red Flag- Wonder who advised Cindy and George to stop wearing Caylee's face and told George to stop carrying her picture?  This is the first time we've seen them undecorated.  Wonder who told them to stop wearing those silly green shamrock pins supporting Casey.  Wonder who advised Cindy to drop the Caylee necklaces.  Wonder why she wasn't wearing any cremation jewelry today, as it was previously so meaningful to her?  Is it because now they don't think they cremated Caylee?  I'd like to know who is feeding them that line, I really would.  Someone is messing with Cindy & George's minds, IMO.  This isn't going to be pretty when it all comes down.

We saw the big red flag over here too. Theories on my end are these are AL's ideas and also perhaps her idea to dress them both in green to "support" kc secretly.

How they've dropped that baby behind them doesn't stun anyone over here on my end at all. We could see it coming...it was all for looks and only looks. They knew that baby was dead as soon as they smelled that car at the tow yard.

Nick and I have been reading at Blink's and are chasing down the theory that sindy knew something was up july 3rd, i think it was...something was found in the back yard that prompted her to get Lee to go look for kc. ie...the night he went hunting her down but she was warned and he just missed her.

In our opinions, it doesn't matter when they knew and said goodbye anyway, evidence suggests to us that Caylee was more like a thing to them, than a person. A mistake, a good mistake, but a mistake nonetheless, is what was stated, I believe were the words. What a way to equate a person, huh? Nick and I believe they know it's was Caylee... all this stuff about maybe it wasn't is just throwing out words in hopes it will sway potential jurors...which is hopeless.

If their answers in transcripts obtained by Eyewitness News on Thursday, from when they were questioned under oath last summer, are any indication, the jury is going to hear inconsistent statements and maybe even Cindy’s shocking claim that she, not Casey, was researching online how to make chloroform, even though Cindy’s explanation is unclear at best.

 One day after WFTV revealed her father George’s inconsistent statements to prosecutors under oath about duct tape he used on his gas can, which matches duct tape found layered over Caylee’s face, his expression in court was serious.

WFTV also exposed his inconsistent testimony about recognizing the smell of human decomposition in Casey’s trunk after telling investigators a year ago that he clearly had.

“So, George, you’re not worried about possible perjury charges?” WFTV reporter Kathi Belich asked George Friday.

“George has a lawyer, who is going to take care of it. So, no, he’s not,” attorney Brad Conway responded.

George and Cindy were warned by prosecutors last summer they could face perjury charges if they lied under oath. Eyewitness News found, in Cindy’s deposition transcript, that she claimed she might have done a computer search on how to make chloroform accidentally while researching chlorophyll.
Chloroform, a potentially deadly substance, was found in high concentration in Casey’s car.

The Anthonys also tried to disconnect themselves and Casey from duct tape layered over Caylee’s mouth. It bears a Henkel logo and specifications of the rare, industrial tape that went out of production years ago, the same markings on duct tape on the Anthonys’ gas can and tape Eyewitness News found on one of the Anthonys’ Caylee posters.

Cindy admitted they only had one roll, did not use it often, but did use it on the gas can and Caylee posters.

 WFTV legal analyst Bill Sheaffer says the Anthonys’ inconsistencies could lead the judge to deem them as “hostile prosecution witnesses,” which would damage their credibility in the eyes of the jury and would allow prosecutors to ask them tougher, more direct questions at trial.

 The hundreds of pages of depositions also revealed something else, that the Anthonys have been working on book deals with the help of their attorney Brad Conway. George Anthony told prosecutors Conway had been working with several people, but there was no official book contract yet.

On Friday, WFTV reporter Kathi Belich asked Conway about the book deals.

“George said you were negotiating book deals, that nothing was done yet, but you were in negotiations with various people?” Belich asked Conway.

“You know, we’ve been approached by a lot of people and, eventually, they have a lot to offer somebody and I hope they do get that opportunity, but right now there is nothing on the table, period, end of story,” Conway said.
There have been questions about how the Anthonys are paying Conway. The couple has claimed they’ve been unable to work. George did admit to prosecutors they took a few thousands dollars from the CBS network for a show.   SOURCE:  WFTV News Orlando Florida  6:46 pm EDT October 16, 2009

This book stuff has me concerned, among many other things. I haven't been able to keep up all that well lately. Has a solution been found yet to try to prevent them from accomplishing any book deals?

ORLANDO -- New testimony from George Anthony's Aug. 5 deposition reveals multiple inconsistencies as detectives tried to find out what happened to Caylee Anthony.

During the hours long deposition, George kept changing his story and changing the timeline of events, especially when it came to crucial information regarding evidence in the case against his daughter, Casey.

In a newly released photo, you can see a gas can taken into evidence by the Orange County Sheriff's Office. You can also see a large piece of duct tape stuck on the side.

At the beginning of his deposition, George told attorneys Casey had stolen the can out of his shed and returned it June 24.

George also said he didn't realize the can had been stolen until that same day.

However, George also told attorneys he had purchased new gas cans so he could fill up his lawn mower and cut his grass.
When they asked why he'd have to buy cans when Casey had already returned the one in question, George changed his story and said he bought the news cans after.

George also changed his story about the duct tape several times.

He initially told the attorneys the can never had duct tape on it, but then said he could have put it on the can.

George said he often put duct tape over the vent to stop gas fumes from escaping.
   
He then told the attorneys he wasn't sure if he cut the grass before Aug. 1 when police took the can into evidence.

A picture taken on Aug. 1 clearly shows duct tape on the can.

So how did the tape get on the side of the gas can if George says he never put it there?

George explains by saying, "It's a mystery to me too."
Another point of confusion was the concrete slab the Anthonys poured in their backyard during the summer when Caylee was first reported missing.

George first said he poured it at the beginning of June, but then said he could have poured it in July.

He said he couldn't remember exactly what happened when.

A Day at the Courthouse

Since you all know what transpired at the courthouse yesterday, I won’t readdress that on this post. I am just going to show you a video I shot. The press conference with Baez is tough to hear, but I included it anyway. I guess if I plan on getting any more of them, I’ll have to spend some money on a good microphone to thrust into the crowd. I must say, it was a very interesting and learning experience.

Good morning. Just now getting to CA depo, reading in small doses...Have we talked about sticky notes, maybe I will get more answers as I read further.  So we are supposed to believe that CA had ZG's phone # and address filed under Z. She had not seen Caylee for weeks.  How is it that she sent LA out looking for KC at a club on July 3rd and wrote the myspace "my angel is missing" but did not  do a drive by to the address in her book?  She was blowing up KC's phone, but didn't call ZG?  Finally called police,even gave officer the post it, and I am supposed to believe the officer didn't call that number then and there?

Duct Tape Key To Casey Anthony Conviction

While it has been clear to many people that Casey Anthony is likely guilty of murdering her two year old daughter Caylee, from a prosecutors standpoint - evidence is what they need to send Casey Anthony to prison for the rest of her life. Recently, an Orlando television station has found itself becoming a part of a news story that they have been covering now for over a year. WESH TV Channel 2 has been subpoenaed for August 2008 film footage by prosecutors in the Casey Anthony murder case. Prosecutors believe that Cindy and George Anthony were using the same kind of unique duct tape to put up missing posters of Caylee, which was filmed in that report, as the duct tape that was found on Caylee Anthony's body months later.
Fortunately for the rest of us, smart by half type criminals like Casey Anthony usually mess up with some aspect of their crimes. If indeed the duct tape that Cindy and George Anthony were using to put up missing child posters of Caylee is the same type of duct tape that was found wrapped around Caylee Anthony's mouth - then that kind of evidence would be very valuable to the prosecutions case against her. I must admit that I go from hot to cold when writing about the death of Caylee and the upcoming murder trial against her mother Casey Anthony. For me, this whole Caylee Anthony case has been mishandled by a bunch of different people. I also believe it is a shame that Casey Anthony's trial date continues to be moved out into the future.

Over the past year, I have written hundreds of blog posts about missing child Caylee Anthony and her terrible mother named Casey. I know the wheels of justice move slow, but when it comes to the murder trial of Casey Anthony - I am beginning to wonder if she will ever come face to face with a jury that will likely convict her? While many of the delays in Casey Anthony's murder trial are understandable and fair, some of them have been solely based on crazy defense request that do nothing but kick the can of justice for Caylee down the road even further. In addition to the delaying tactics of Casey Anthony's attorney's, I also am disappointed with the entire legal system in Florida after watching how long it has taken to actually put Casey Anthony on trial for murder.
From what I understand, this new prosecution request for film footage from WESH-2 in Orlando was not part of a prosecution investigation to discover more evidence against Casey Anthony, but it was instead discovered by investigative reporters at the TV station that noticed the similarity in the duct tape Cindy and George Anthony were using in August of 2008 and the duct tape that was found on Caylee Anthony's body months later. At some point, the State of Florida will put Casey Anthony on trial for murdering her daughter. Maybe at that time my doubts about the Florida legal system will change. However, right now - I am just disappointed and disgusted with the speed of the Casey Anthony murder trial in Florida. I will write more about this case in the future.

Can you just imagine saying that? I have two grown daughters, and I must have been a horrible mother, it never entered my mind to count my kids teeth at that age while brushing them  Of course I monitored baby teeth when they were very little, counting how many new ones broke through, but that was it. And one other thing that really got me, that Caylee would get her sippy cup with milk and cereal and put in a video in the morning, who is Cindy trying to kid. Listen Cindy, I'm a clean freak like you and also worried about the kids in a wet diaper, so no way did you let Caylee in a wet diaper fix her own breakfast, and then go sit on your white carpet and make a mess. No way, no how
