So far, I've read George's and Lee's depos.  It's obvious to me that they have been taught to rein in their responses.  Their depos with OCSD and FBI were much more open, whereas these latest depos are much more "I can't remember" "I don't remember" and fuzzy; i.e., in George's earlier depo he was sure that the smell in KC's car was human decomp and you don't forget that smell; in this depo he's not so sure.

He got so sick with the memory of it during the LE interview, that he had to go out and puke. Now he's not so sure.........funny how a little money takes your abilility to smell decomp away.    Shame on you JoJo!!!!

George first said he poured it at the beginning of June, but then said he could have poured it in July.
He said he couldn't remember exactly what happened when.     What a bunch of bs, he knows, he!! maybe even the neighbors know when he did that. Don't pay to ask Lee, that numbskull would just sit and laugh.

you know they have receipts for that.
Lee is disturbing. It's just as bad reading what he says,as it is watching him.
There are receipts, so why lie? Why lie about every breath they take

Because they have lied and lied and have NOT been held accountable for the lies so far!!  They think they are rock stars and about the law!  Looks like the State is now going to start comparing the lies and I hope to hell they charge all of them with perjury, obstructing justice,  and anything else that is applicable!!   JMO of course!!
I hope so, but I'm not going to hold my breath, unbelievable.

Sorry if this was already posted.  In this video it shows KC entering the courtroom:

Thanks cece, I hadn't seen this one.....she doesn't look as chunky as she has in the past. But I sure didn't see her look and/or smile at the A's Monkey Devil!

That's because she doesn't have as much money to spend on junk food these days.

I agree Sassycat.  I was wondering if the state has done an interview with her.

Wasn't there was an interview done with her already - maybe by LE?

IIRC, yes and they dismissed her as the whacko she is!!   IMO they have checked her and her stories out and know she is a nut case!!

Right.  And I remember after her interview was released to the press, her chat room was very quiet.   And we were all laughing about how nutty she was.....        I don't think we have to worry about her, unless they manage to get a few nuts just like her on the jury.

I don't think there are a lots of nuts like her running around!     most are in a mental hospital!!

CBS' Maggie Rodriguez Now in Prime Time
By Kevin Allocca on Oct 17, 2009 12:11 PM

"Early Show" anchor Maggie Rodriguez will get her first prime time hour tonight as host of "48 Hours Mystery" at 10pmET. The episode centers on the Caylee Anthony murder investigation and includes exclusive interviews with Casey Anthony's defense attorneys.

"My husband and I religiously watch '48 Hours' every Saturday night, I love the program," Rodriguez told TVNewser. "When I started covering the Casey Anthony story on 'The Early Show,' I developed a relationship with her parents. And when I heard '48 Hours' had an interest in pursuing the case, I thought it was a natural fit. And they agreed."

When asked why there is such an obsession with this particular case, Rodriguez said, "Just look at that little girl's picture. You fall in love with this child. It's just incomprehensible that this child was murdered."

The program gave Rodriguez the opportunity to dig deep into a single subject, which is a luxury she's rarely afforded. "I enjoy 'The Early Show' because we do cover so much, but sometimes it can be frustrating to only have five minutes for an interview," she said. "For this, we spent hours and hours on one interview, so I feel it gives everybody a comprehensive look at this case, which is one thing that I think has been missing in the reporting of it."

According to Rodriguez, the CBS bosses were pleased with her work on the program. "Given that fact and given the fact that I enjoyed doing it so much, I think it will lead to other prime time opportunities."

Sunny I'm not sure about the link, but I sure hope you feel better.   an angelic monkey   On page 321, Baez becomes really upset when LDB is asking Cindy about what items Casey gave to Baez (i.e., photos, videos, etc.) JB is saying this info is "sealed" and he doesn't want it "on the record." Also, Cindy is questioned about the duct tape and she admits to it being in the garage and shed, and having been used at the command post. Cindy denies she has/had any canvas laundry bags, she talks about a tablecloth and rug that she uses when she cuts Lee's hair.     I can just picture Lee in a high chair with a big ole bib on having mommy cut his hair. Who would have figured that Cindy was such a jack of all trades?

Lol-I am still wading through George's ...     Yes, the visual is hilarious;  I hope we don't get permanent brain damage from studying this case. lol

SUNNY:   It was one of the WFTV videos put up shortly on their site after court concluded yesterday. Maybe I can find it later - am running around in circles today.  I hope you feel better.

The deep freezer comes up a lot in Cindy and George's depositions. Has to be a reason for that

Hmmm ... I've wondered about that deep freezer myself.

Casey Anthony: Tell us what you think of '48 Hours Mystery'

If you watch tonight, you'll probably see the "48 Hours Mystery" on Casey Anthony before I do.

I have a prior commitment, but I'd like to hear your critique and impressions. Please sound off here.

The program airs at 10 tonight on CBS (WKMG-Channel 6 locally). I'll have my review as soon as I can.

Here is the video where Kathi asks Lyon if her law students write the motions and Andre replies "you have got to be kidding" and then has steam coming out of her nose.  Guess her Professor paper and her track record might not lead to the hard questions when she is at home in Chicago as they do in Florida.  In this video also as they are walking away you get a shot of the tribe that follows which I am assuming as the Chicago law students she has brought with her.  Here is a clear shot of the tall woman that I was asking about from the hearing yesterday that was sitting first row at the end that spoke to Rosebud and hugged her then spoke to Rosebuddy and hugged him after the hearing.  I am gonna guess she is one of the Chicago law students.  Thoughts?

Cindy & George Anthony Lie Under Oath- Can Be Deemed Hostile Witnesses
Friday, October 16, 2009
By Express
If their answers in transcripts obtained by Eyewitness News on Thursday, from when they were questioned under oath last summer, are any indication, the jury is going to hear inconsistent statements and maybe even Cindy’s shocking claim that she, not Casey, was researching online how to make chloroform, even though Cindy’s explanation is unclear at best.

One day after WFTV revealed her father George’s inconsistent statements to prosecutors under oath about duct tape he used on his gas can, which matches duct tape found layered over Caylee’s face, his expression in court was serious.

WFTV also exposed his inconsistent testimony about recognizing the smell of human decomposition in Casey’s trunk after telling investigators a year ago that he clearly had.

“So, George, you’re not worried about possible perjury charges?” WFTV reporter Kathi Belich asked George Friday.

“George has a lawyer, who is going to take care of it. So, no, he’s not,” attorney Brad Conway responded.

George and Cindy were warned by prosecutors last summer they could face perjury charges if they lied under oath. Eyewitness News found, in Cindy’s deposition transcript, that she claimed she might have done a computer search on how to make chloroform accidentally while researching chlorophyll.
Chloroform, a potentially deadly substance, was found in high concentration in Casey’s car.

The Anthonys also tried to disconnect themselves and Casey from duct tape layered over Caylee’s mouth. It bears a Henkel logo and specifications of the rare, industrial tape that went out of production years ago, the same markings on duct tape on the Anthonys’ gas can and tape Eyewitness News found on one of the Anthonys’ Caylee posters.

Cindy admitted they only had one roll, did not use it often, but did use it on the gas can and Caylee posters.

WFTV legal analyst Bill Sheaffer says the Anthonys’ inconsistencies could lead the judge to deem them as “hostile prosecution witnesses,” which would damage their credibility in the eyes of the jury and would allow prosecutors to ask them tougher, more direct questions at trial.

The hundreds of pages of depositions also revealed something else, that the Anthonys have been working on book deals with the help of their attorney Brad Conway. George Anthony told prosecutors Conway had been working with several people, but there was no official book contract yet.

On Friday, WFTV reporter Kathi Belich asked Conway about the book deals.

“George said you were negotiating book deals, that nothing was done yet, but you were in negotiations with various people?” Belich asked Conway.

“You know, we’ve been approached by a lot of people and, eventually, they have a lot to offer somebody and I hope they do get that opportunity, but right now there is nothing on the table, period, end of story,” Conway said.
There have been questions about how the Anthonys are paying Conway. The couple has claimed they’ve been unable to work. George did admit to prosecutors they took a few thousands dollars from the CBS network for a show.   SOURCE:  WFTV News Orlando Florida  6:46 pm EDT October 16, 2009

Chlorophyll 1

Definition: Literally, leaf green; a green granular matter formed in the cells of the leaves (and other parts exposed to light) of plants, to which they owe their green color, and through which all ordinary assimilation of plant food takes place. Similar chlorophyll granules have been found in the tissues of the lower animals.

Hey Trimm...thanks to you, Ce Ce, Northern Rose, and others for posting all the many links, pics, vids, that ya'll do. Everything we need to stay up to date is right here along with the great company.

This book stuff has me concerned, among many other things. I haven't been able to keep up all that well lately. Has a solution been found yet to try to prevent them from accomplishing any book deals?

I wonder if there is evidence that Cindy did, in fact search for chlorophyll?  If so, that search should also be evident.  Or will Cindy get caught up in yet another falsehood?  Every falsehood told takes more lies  to defend.

What bothered me was Cindy said it was a small freezer, what was she suggesting that it was to small to put a young child in it?

Um...I just read that Conman raked in 3,000 from a picture deal he set up with one of the major networks. his cut from a 20,000 deal with the Anthonys. I thought Brad says he is working pro bono, is this why he is hanging around, just waiting for the tainted spoils to drip his way...

I'm sure he is. And all also bet that tonight's 48 hours will get a lot of viewers, and quite a bit of Anthony sympathy heading their way. Most of the people that will watch the show, may know little to nothing about the case.
