it depends on what time JT saw them at walmart. Ive read two accounts one seems to be noon but her text show her at the home area all day up untill 4:18pm and other accounts say 4 pm ish.

Apart from cell pings there is also evidence that she was using her laptop and the home computer during the day. I don't know the exact times though.

Sorry I am trying to work and follow at the same time, In the morning KC was uploading to her Photobucket acc through the home IP, in the afternoon she was active from 1pm to 3pm on the family computer. So George did not see her leave. Hope this helps with a time line and with the fact you can probably ignore anything George has to say pertaining to that time line. Including of course what they were wearing.

The basis for the NE article was the emails from Cindy to D. Casey. They were never meant for publication. I saw them in one of the doc dumps. I was horrified that she would even suggest such a thing as a human sacrifice by anyone. I just thought she was a crazy b. when I read them.

The church my GD's were baptised in is an old old faith and they believe in
the devil. As part of the baptism, they cast out the devil from the presence of the candidates for baptism. The faith is Ukrainian Orthodox. My Grandparents were Ukrainian Catholic. They also believe in the devil taking on human forms. These beliefs are part of a faith that has been going on for centuries.
The Anglican Church here does some " healing ceremonies " where the spirit
is worked on. So, I cannot fault Rev. Grund for his religion or his beliefs. I also think the main Catholic Church in Rome goes in for exorcisms.

If all the NE did was publish those emails, I don't think Grund has a basis for a lawsuit.

It just gives everyone a glimpse into Cindy's brain and in my mind, she needs to have something cast out of her. She has fallen off the edge of the world into a dark abyss. If the prosecution brings that in, the human sacrifice
that Cindy proposed, the jury will have the same reaction to Cindy and the rest of her thoughts as the rest of the real world. They should bring that in first, then see if anything else Cindy has to say has any validity with a jury.

Kat, the Anthonys (namely Cindy) will be sued & that does have merit - I stated the NE entered the firestorm the accusations have caused, the NE didnt invent the story, Cindy did & advanced it along with the rest of them that have tried to pin this on Jessie and/or his father

I believe the deposits by George were requested so it shows support & the amount increased to earlier deposits he made before her indictment, ITA^

As far as what Rev Grund said in his call in today, he called in and as at the beginning of the show so if anyone wants to listen go to that link above and there is a playback available - you can turn it off after his call, if desired (as I did).

I think the Anthony's should go to jail for their interference and be sued by everyone who they tried to toss under the bus. I will listen to the link later.

Sassy, I haven't a clue who he is and the name is common enough that it would be like looking for the needle in the haystack. I would really love to know what makes someone send money to someone who has been charged with murder period...much less a defenseless child and her own child to boot!!  It is beyond me!!
