How the hell does her account get into the negative? If there isn't enough money, she doesn't get that extra bag of Doritos! What if nobody EVER puts another dime in her account?? I have an idea! Let her earn her way out of debt! They should pay her a buck a day for cleaning all the cell toilets in general population! I'd like her to have a little "contact" with general population while she's on her knees, anyway!

Have a look at paragraph 4-  the part that states 'Miss Anthony has the propensity to properly supervise its students'-    do you suppose anyone proof-reads these things?

I am not capp...but I asked a legal friend about this and was told probably a law student or clerk was copying from a book or example of a motion and copied it verbatim instead of adjusting the wording....just an assumption

Yes it looks like they have template for writing motions and just inserted the details, only -
