I am not capp...but I asked a legal friend about this and was told probably a law student or clerk was copying from a book or example of a motion and copied it verbatim instead of adjusting the wording....just an assumption

In the not too distant past we heard/read that the lionlady said she thought the a's should be allowed to visit kc..sin-sin said she didn't care if the visit were taped....damn glad she is ok with that...HOWEVER she didn't want them released to the public...gee guess the Sunshine Law is for everyone EXCEPT the a's....and in that same time we heard that sin-sin said she was going to start writing to kc via jail mail instead of through BOZO....so why haven't the a's visited their innocent daughter yet? SKEERED of the tapes being released eh sin-sin.

Mr. Morgan is currently representing Zenaida Gonzalez, the woman falsely accused of kidnapping Caylee Anthony, in a defamation suit against Caylee’s mother, Casey Anthony.

WHAT: When Casey Anthony reported that her 3-year-old daughter Caylee was missing, she told authorities that Caylee was in the custody of her babysitter Zenaida Gonzalez (or “Zanny the Nanny”) at the time of her disappearance. However, as the investigation into Caylee’s alleged kidnapping unfolded, authorities began to suspect Casey herself was the person responsible for her daughter’s disappearance. In October 2008, Casey Anthony was charged with first degree murder and several additional charges related to Caylee’s disappearance. Caylee’s death was confirmed in December 2008 when her remains were found near her home.

WHEN and WHERE: The 48 Hours mystery episode featuring John Morgan will air on Saturday, October 17, 2009 on CBS. Please check your local listings for the time.

WO, a few pages back I did answer, and honestly Im still perplexed but not shocked  .   Frankly, I have absolutely no flippin idea what the fudge that is, could be or should be but it sure isnt a legal term or argument I have ever seen LOL.   I looked further to their verification & their legal position is not explained much further other than what was in the "prior bad acts" motion they filed & they always use a citing "in part but most pertinent" (in their view, not necessarily so).

Ya know, the amazon did state that she was going to utilize her students, I think that is evident here BUT no matter how or who wrote it, they did not proofread it & if it was an understudy it is even more shameful that the lead attorneys in this case did not peruse this document before signing it & then filing it.   It could have even been Lyons herself but she is so preoccupied with indoctrinating her students & going on book tours it may have bled into this farce of a motion that was filed.  It may have even been Bozo but he's too busy lining up his next yachting excursion with Whoraldo.   The defense should have encouraged Casey to plea these check fraud charges, they cannot dispute the facts of this case....hello let's go to the videotape!

Well, let's put it this way if Casey wanted to see her parents or her parents were heck bent on seeing her & she didnt object, technically there is nothing Bozo could do to stop it -- it is entirely up to her if she wants to see visitors & what she says to them even if against the advice of her attorney
