Two interesting comments on the Sentinel Article.  Looks like Lyon's law students may be blogging instead of proof reading motions.

Has it occured to anyone - anyone - that Casey might be innocent and on remand in jail unnecessarily? If so, surely she deserves some small comforts? I am going to find out how I can send her money so she can feel a little better. My goodness. What happened to "innocent until proven guilty"???

Good news - further to my comment below - if you call the jail they will allow you to fund her account. I have put $20.00 in it, so it is at least back in the black. Remember - in this country - America - we are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

I know! There's no telling WHAT she'll do with all that cheese dip and no chips!   

I am sure Rosebud has ordered Rosebuddy to get some money in the account now that they are getting the licensing fees from 48 hrs.  I for one am not watching it, I intend to catch it on Youtube.  I do not want to add my viewing as a rating for the future appearance of the Rosebud clan on any more shows.  If the ratings are low then perhaps the networks will think twice about licensing them and nothing would do my soul any better than be a part of drying up the blood money trail.

But do they count the hits on youtube and other such sites as part of their ratings?? 

My understanding is no, however if you record a show from the TV that would count as a viewer.

it just astounds me! how baez continues to say that this case is being tried in the media! yet he continues to pop up on tv with geraldo Rivera and many other affiliates!! he is the one along with cindy  calling attention to them selves  please someone tell me !!!!!!!!!!!will Judge Strickland  possibly call him on this??? he is double standerizing !!! he  cannot ask for change of venue and than continue to appear on national TV !! whats up with this???  omg isnt someone monitoring his actions. he is such a green horn!! loves to be seen on TV this is beyond ignorance on his part.

Just another media tactic to get ratings, like Whoraldo, if anyone gets the scoop ahead of him, he will come out on the opposite side of the argument right or wrong. Unfortunately 48 hours is pulling the same stunt, like an internet flamer who incites merely to get a response, this program has joined the rest at the bottom of the barrel.
