I hope someone can do screen captures tomorrow.....I'm going on vacation with my mom and 2 sisters. As much as I want to see the hearing tomorrow, I'm happy to take a break from the Scamthony's. My flight leaves at 7:30am, so no way will I see it live.

Good morning, monkeys.  I'm popping in and out, trying to help put together a Cirque de Soleil party for Sunday--I need a costume, hey, maybe I could go as Cindy, she's about as surreal a character as I could imagine. (sorry, snark alarm.)  I hope some new docs come out and I have cleared my schedule for the hearing tomorrow morning.  Let's go!

Junk Food, Little Exercise Changes Anthony
Commissary Account Overdrawn; Casey Owes $8.95

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Since Casey Anthony has been jailed, she has received hundreds of dollars in donations into her commissary account.

It was reported on Wednesday that she had spent all of that money and was overdrawn.

"It does look like she's gained a little bit of weight," said dietician Tara Gidus.

Gidus has worked with female inmates before and said Casey Anthony is buying the wrong things.

"You can see a little bit of fat on her back," Gidus said. "She's eating way too many calories in jail and not really getting enough exercise."


Casey Anthony has spent more than $2,200 in the commissary. Her account is 11 pages long. She recently ordered hot peanuts, hot and spicy corn chips, chili with beans and breath mints.

"All of those foods sound high-calorie, don't have nutritional value," Gidus said.

Her most recent order was denied because she owes the jail $8.95.

"Inmates consume large portions just because they are bored," Gidus said.

Inmates get one hour of outdoor recreation, weather permitting, and one former inmate who didn't want to be identified said he took advantage of the outdoors time.

"(I did) a lot of pushups," he said.

Currently, Anthony is being held at the Orange County Jail. Her trial is expected to begin sometime this summer. The state is seeking the death penalty.

Good Morning everybody! 

I guess I could write a book about KC and all the obviously awful things she has done and all the emotions it bring out to me to think about it. But this morning, all I can think of is that Evil Mistress of Doom Cin cin.

I have tried to remember a single time  she has done anything with class, or a touching moment that brought out a human feeling of compassion for her. I have looked back through the videos posted here and have thought of all the interviews she has done, The Memorial, the smirks in courtroom, and I just recoil with disgust.  To call Caylee an "it" is to punctuate the fact that Caylee was not KC's but ours/mine lets you look deep in the chasm that was their relationship. It screams, "This was KC's motive!!" To take the tiny little person that Cin Cin loved more than her so Cin Cin could have her no more. Caylee was a possession to covet and to fight over. A fight to the death. And they are still in a death stuggle.....

It makes no difference how loud and how often Baez and his team of out-of-town lawyers protest the pre-trial  publicity, neither I nor anyone else has ever heard the prosecution utter one word about the evidence in the case.  It seems to me that these lawyers from other states, as well as Baez who also doesn't seem familiar with FL law, would first familiarize themselves with FL statutes, expecially the FL Sunshine Law.  All information and documents the SA has released to the public has been pursuant to what is required under that law. It is they, the "Dream Team" who continually go on nationwide TV to discuss the case and refute the evidence.  It is their client's  parents, George and Cindy Anthony, and their legal representative who continually discuss and deny the evidence released as a result of the FL Sunshine Law and it is not the prosecution.  Surely, Judge Strickland does not live in a vacumn somewhere where he never watches TV.  He is surely aware of the shenanigans of the defense and the real perpetrators of the pre-trial publicity.  One hopes he will rule with what the defense has been doing has been doing for months in mind.  The pot is calling the kettle, "Black."

On the other hand, maybe Linda K. Baden will "Educate" the judge on what has been going on and what the law in FL is.  These people on the defense team are almost as arrogant as the Anthonys.

And it is obvious, at least to me, that Geraldo Rivera has been conspiring with Baez on Casey's behalf , perhaps not in the legal definition of "Conspiricy," but nonetheless it has the same result; To indoctrinate the jury pool in in the absurd notion that Casey is innocent.

What kills me, is they actually think people are buying this, but people who don't follow this case closely and watch the program will more then likely walk away thinking, those poor grandparents. The show will win some support for the Anthonys, imo.
