guys my opinionabout the donna thing....  misty kne wwho she was... she was on her ms friends and since misty i'm sure just looks at pictures since she cannot read (LOL)... she no doubt knew exactly who donna was... as far as ron texting either to kiss up to misty like to reel her back in so he could again keep his enemy close again or to make it seem like she didn't know who she was before... which she did.. if that is the case then it lends credibility to maybe misty telling donna the "truth" since she supposedly didn't know she should lie to her ... make it seem like you trust someone and are opening up to someone for the sole purpose of disinformation....

I also believe Misty knew exactly who Donna was when they went away together.

And Misty is no street fool. I believe she also knew what and what not to tell Donna.

I have been saying something about ron haven that gun. And doing what he did. It is bs that the le know that it is there. And have done nothing what so ever about it. Wth rlis the le and dcf thinking. I mean come on get butterbean the heck out of there. I think we should all blow up dcf phone untill he is taken out. Or untill le takes that gun out. And I swear I really think in my heart ron is involved. I just can not shake it.

Since we do want to be fair in dishing out tidbits of accurate information, Jr had already gone to Counseling with Ron BEFORE the court hearing took place. I am sure Crystal and Marie can verify that since they were both there. The issue was, it seems to me, that Crystal wanted Jr to see a counselor known to her attorney and not the counselor that Ron took Jr to. Makes me wonder if Crystal was really concerned that Jr see a counselor or if she was more concerned with Jr seeing a counselor hand picked by her attorney. Just another thing in this case that makes you go…hmmmmm.

There is just too much going on for me to even follow. They each want a therapist of their own choice.......Poor kid......Why aren't they concerned about finding one that he likes and is comfortable with.......

N2WISHN, I am not sure if they are related are not but Crystal's lawyer's last name is Caldwell and so is the Attorney that closed the DCF case.

I'm going to post one paragraph from an e-mail I received a couple of months ago from a local who knows an employee of PDM. This PDM employee works there now as well as in February when RC was there.

Is Ron a felon or has he ever been ordered not to have a gun in his possession?

Do we know if he has a permit, I doubt it. But do we know?

Since we do want to be fair in dishing out tidbits of accurate information, Jr had already gone to Counseling with Ron BEFORE the court hearing took place. Not taking up for RC, but if LE confiscates his gun, they will have to go in and confiscate all Americans with children guns and weapons, and I don't think that is going to happen.

Is Ron a felon or has he ever been ordered not to have a gun in his possession?

Do we know if he has a permit, I doubt it. But do we know?

not all Americans with guns have records, not all have done or currently are doing drugs, not all Americans have a missing child who was last seen alive in the home they share with the most likely suspect who "let his child get stole", and lastly... not every American has threatened to kill the person responsible for "whatever happened to Haleigh" on a 911 call and given a demonstration in front of a witness of how he'll do it.....

so I have to respectfully disagree that if they take ron's gun they'll have to take everyone's .....

I agree with you O4B, especially after hearing the incident from TM and jr witnessing it, children can and do imitate what they see .  Poor butterbean....

I believe that also O4B, if he was really interested in Misty telling the truth he wouldnt care who she was hanging with or talking too, every time he turns around he is taking up for Misty, and then some wonder why Crystal cant stand united with him in the search for HaLeigh, and with all this doubt being placed on him and his actions, heck I wouldnt wanna stand beside him either because on the other side of him would stand Misty and I couldnt take being within breathing distance of her.....
