Wow..just wow, this is turning into a pin it on Ron thread at any cost, I don't understand why. Apart from cell pings, clocking in, and visual sightings all night, it would have taken him 20-25 mins to get home 20-25 mins to get back and god knows how long to do whatever he is supposed to have done. He wasn't out of anyones sight for long enough to have done this...no matter how much you want it to be him.
Just because he is a drug taking, bad a$$ doesn't mean he couldn't love his daughter JMO unfortunately...

I think it's due to the most recent revelations that he warned Misty that Donna was a TES plant, whether guilty of anything to do with her bing missing, his actions create alot of suspicions. Also, I'm curious about the cell pings, if he called Misty 20 times and then Tommy why are there only 2 pings. I will never understand why he has chosen to constantly cover for Misty and even warn her that TES had planted Donna their to get information from her as I think he would want the truth to come out, yet doing what he did by texting her that info is highly suspect IMO

There is no confirmation that he texted Misty.  There is only a story from one of those "reporters" who are known for
their mis-information.  The only person who has said there were 20 calls was Tommy Croslin.  I think we are jumping
on information that is less than accurate.

He could get lost in the sauce...he could be absent for twenty minutes (no one would know) if the boss was on a break.

I don't think it is just the latest revelations,it has been going on for a while now and by some more then others and some monkeys have stopped posting due to it. JMO

Haleigh Update: Father's Attorney Seeks 2nd Pair of Eyes and an NPO

Six-year-old Haleigh Cummings has been missing since she disappeared from her Satsuma, Florida home on February 9, 2009. The last person to see her was her babysitter Misty Croslin-Cummings, who then became her stepmother and will soon become her father's ex-wif.

According to Terry Shoemaker, the attorney representing Haleigh's father Ronald Cummings, he believes the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office is doing an excellent job following leads and tips, but a fresh set of eyes may aid the investigation.

Shoemaker told www.actionnewsjax.com, "What we’d like to do is hire an independent private investigator that would allow them to look into some different areas, check down some different stories that have come in and possibly lead the investigation in another direction."

Shoemaker is now investigating ways to set up a non-profit organization. He says its purpose would be to 1) help get the word out about Haleigh’s disappearance, and 2) serve as a way to gather funds to pay the private investigator.

You are so wonderful to give him the benefit of the doubt.  With all due respect, who said he drove home to crime a crime?
Perhaps she drove to him, brought him smokes and a scuffle occured?  Did he take two breaks together?

I for one don't want it to be him, I don't want it to be anyone, really, I wish none of this happened. But one has to look at everything, I have never hidden my distaste for Ron, but his behavior hasn't been exactly stellar when you look at all this, it is actually sickening.

If one of my children were possibly kidnapped you can bet I would have a gun in the home to protect the other child remaining in the home.

Without more information there is no way for me to form an opinion as to who I think may have abducted her or harmed her.

I am trying to keep an open mind and look at all of the characters involved and events that have occurred without forming an opinion.  I feel that if I form an opinion that one player only (or set of players) is involved it may limit my thinking processes where the other players are concerned.

I am just not ready to commit to one theory yet.

Sure, that is the way you do it  I'm the type that comes to a conclusion fast, by looking at the people and listening to them, that is the way I do it. Everybody has their own way, which I find interesting, interesting to read everybodies take on this and other cases as well. I stay out of the gun in the house talk, because for me I don't and wouldn't under any circumstances own a gun. That is my right, and I don't ever say anything about other people's rights when it comes to guns. But, with that said, it disturbs me tremendously when people have guns and kids in their house, and the guns aren't properly put away so a child can't get at it.

I agree no rose, I don't want it to be anyone, I hope and pray she was spirited away to a relative where she is having a much better life than she could ever have with Ron and Misty.
The key has and always will be Misty, she knows everything there is to know about what happened. Maybe now when she is completely alone, no husband or lawyer she will tells what really happened.
No Ron is no angel thats for sure but I believe he loves his children, even if it's a somewhat spastic version of what it should be.

Yes, I have no idea, but if the story told by Tim Miller is true, and I doubt he would make that up, that was disturbing. Now with Jr being in the room or not being in the room, I'm not sure what to think about that. Did Tim say he was in the room, or is this coming from one of the bloggers? I can't remember
