A 15-year-old girl told Newberg-Dundee police officers Darrin Vaughn Daily gave her marijuana and alcohol and then had sex with her.
During the investigation, detectives learned Daily also took pictures of him having sex with a 14-year-old girl. He also tied her up and had his dog have sex with her. Daily also posted an ad on Craigslist inviting adults to have sex with a minor. Three other adult men have been arrested and one adult woman has been identified but police have not found her to make an arrest in connection with that group sex advertisement.
Daily had images of himself, multiple adults and his dog having sexual activity with the 14-year-old.
Detectives also found images of a 4-year-old being sexually abused. The 4-year-old is being cared for with the assistance of Juliette's House Child Abuse Assessment Center, McMinnville.
Daily has been charged with six counts of displaying a child in a sexual way; two counts of first-degree sex abuse; two counts of sexually assaulting an animal; three counts of delivering marijuana to a minor; 18 counts of third-degree rape; five counts of third-degree sodomy; six counts of second-degree sex abuse; three counts of endangering the welfare of a minor; first-degree online sexual corruption of a child; first-degree encouraging child sex abuse; and third-degree sex abuse. He is being held in the Yamhill County Jail on $1 million bail.
Robert Dwain Thompson, 34, of Portland, is charged with three counts of displaying a child in a sexual way; three counts of third-degree rape; and five counts of second-degree sex abuse. He is being held in the Yamhill County Jail on $750,000 bail.
David Garcia, 41, of McMinnville, is charged with four counts of second-degree sex abuse and two counts of third-degree rape. He was being held in the Yamhill County Jail on $100,000 bail but has posted bond.
Patricio Moreno, 43, of Forest Grove, is charged with four counts of second-degree sex abuse; two counts of third degree rape and two counts of third-degree sodomy. He is being held in the Yamhill County Jail on $15,000 bail.
Alisa Nice of McMinnville, was arrested alte Tuesday night in McMinnville. It is not known yet what she has been charged with.
