French toast made with egg nog sounds great  I bought vanilla egg nog, never had that before, it's good. I have to watch how much I drink because I could drink it until it is all gone, and that wouldn't be good 

I haven't had vanilla egg nog. Sounds yummy. It is so rich, it hurts my belly.  Try making french toast with it, it is so easy and yummy!!!! Dunk the bread into the egg nog, fry it in the pan then you are done!  I'm giving cooking tips, oh no, what is the world coming too? 

    Just got done with supper, and saw this, I will try that, even I can make french toast  I think

Heck if I can do it No Rose, you certainly can. Just remember to grease the pan with real butter to make it extra yummy!!!  Then more reall butter and sprinkle nutmeg or cinnamon on top or add it to the egg nog!!!

Thanks No Rose, it is amazing what Brandi can do with our dogs. Too bad Josef and Zoe couldn't be like the pilgrims/indians and get along for a Thanksgiving dinner. I really have a feeling Joe and Zoe would get along just fine.

Thanks No Rose, it is amazing what Brandi can do with our dogs. Too bad Josef and Zoe couldn't be like the pilgrims/indians and get along for a Thanksgiving dinner. I really have a feeling Joe and Zoe would get along just fine.

I think they would be great buddies, just so he doesn't try to hump her all will be fine  But she will be trying to hump him  She can be so crazy

NRCG... I love your new Avi....those eyes are sexy. Is that a recent photo of  your furbaby ?  My furbaby has started turning his head the other way when I try to take his pic with the camera phone... I get that look like "lady please don't you have something better to do" what would we do without our pets...God Love Them!!!

JSM I don't know if the US is covering this but wanted to share this show with you as I think you will love it.  Battle of the blades.  Take a NHL hockey player.  Stick him in figure skate, give him a professional female partner and come up with a new routine ever week.  viewers call in to vote each with - kinda like dancing with the stars but on ice.  Tonight was hollywood night so the songs had to be from famous movies.

Had a great day yesterday with my folks, and actually got some things done around here. We have actually even had sunshine around here, although there is frost on the roofs today. We had a fire in the fireplace for part of the day yesterday. All in all a great day! Now let's see what Monday brings.

Of all the years of trick or treating never did my kids or myself get pop or microwave popcorn  I remember getting upset when an apple would be thrown in my bag, it was like who wants fruit at a time like this  I only got 10 kids, very disappointing 

Last year I got one trick or treater, of course had no candy. Broke open a pack of gum to give to the kid. This year, loads of candy, not one trick or treater. Now I have all this candy let for myself. Kit Kats for dinner and now for breakfast.  I agree, who wants fruit on Halloween.

You couldn't give him the whole pack of gum?

We don't get any kids here. But I buy candy any way just in case. Last us awhile. Grand kids here this year. Went last night after everyone was in bed to get a candy. It was all gone. While Grandpa & I were out yesterday they were home with mom, I kid you not they ate 4 bags of chocolate candy.
