Today is my dad's birthday, I gave him a huge cupcake and card for breakfast, a mini cake.  Tonight the four of us are eating out, and then Sunday my other daughter and her husband, and dad, husband and I are eating out for his birthday. That's because my younger daughter won't speak to her sister and her husband, so for all of you that have a big, nice family that get along and you enjoy things together, you are all very lucky. 

Happy Birthday to your Dad - It is alot of damn work when family members don't get along isn't it? 

Thank-you, you bet it is, now I have to go iron a Halloween costume, is it mean if I hope I burn it?

No but I am afraid of the mean that may be cast on you if you do.

I just talked to my son and he will be home tonight. He is sick, and I hope he hasn't caught something exotic. I'm making another pot of chili for tonight. It just seems like the right thing to make for this gray, wet, crummy weather. It is going to be raining on them all the way home. At least it won't be ice and snow through the mountains.

Oh no, me too. I just got a call from my older daughter, she is at the doctor now, so I'm waiting to hear. I guess a lot of people at her work have the flu  What I wouldn't give for your weather, may sound silly but it is hot again today, my body doesn't function right in the heat. I love dreary, rainy days fits my personality 

I like to have couple of days like that sometimes.It's quiet,except for the rain.

It sucks, but what can yado, she wont listen, my mom and step dad just have him over nd take him to do things, so we go over there and see him and play and take peanut for him to play with.

Her bf is not a big help either, he has been to jail atleast twice this past yr, and he tried to fight me one night at my moms, haha what a dork, he got in my face callin me names and tryng to fight me cuz we were playing with all the kids  and i got in trouble for pushing him in the little pond like i did everyone else cuz he had pajamas on (it was dark all i saw were shorts and shirt like other kids) ya sooo instead of like drying him off they freaked screamed and yelled he cried they tried to fight me it was great.... needless to say they dont come around much and they dont talk to me or bf or lil sister either

How are you and the Josef man doin???

Hey Scarey, been busy with work this week. How you doing? Josef is at daycare, not sure how he is doing. Praying he doesn't have a concussion from me slamming on the brakes this morning and him flying into the floorboard of the car. 

I hate when that happens!! I am good, ready to go home! I've had enough of this work stuff for one week!

Usually I will run the yellow light, but there was a cop beside me, so I thought hmm, slam on the brakes.  I'm ready to go home too.

haha, yea cops r funny tho! always cracks me up to watch ppl when cops r around, they act all weird and suspicious (sp?  ) 

My bf BIL was injured when a guy elluded him and he gave chase on foot then jumped over a bush, haha i can just picture him trying o be all crazy jumpin over a bush and stuff, at least he shot the guy with his taser and got him! haha, then his brother who is a detective and another detective we know had to chase a dude who robbed a bank in idaho and fled to r town... so many elludes in one week!!

But they r all so funny hard to keep a straight face when u see them in uniform

  I just didn't want to get pulled over with Josef in the car. Not sure how he would react to a police office at my car door. 

I know what ya mean, peanut embarrased me a while ago, she had never seen any one in a wheel chair before, and we were at sportsmans ware house, looking at guns and the guy behind the counter was in a wheel chair and she started barking at him like crazy!!! i couldnt believe it i felt so bad 

  Josef is pretty good with people, it is more 4 legged critters that need to watch out.
