That picture makes me feel happy. 

Son is about the same, I am feeling a little snuffy, and I am hoping it is just my allergies. I'm drinking lots of orange juice today!

 In our house also    My dad sneezed eight times in a row, I think that was a record. The weather is so strange, at 6am when I walked Zoe, it was so foggy it was dripping off my hair, and today it will be 83 degrees, tomorrow 88  My dad leaves early Tuesday morning, and he is taking the heat with him I guess, because it will go to the low 70's and 60's. I will be more at ease as soon as I know he lands safely in Milwaukee, and then a very lovely couple in the neighborhood who are very good friends, she will pick my dad up. Then I must plan to go see him, and watch him in his home, the house is too big and so is the yard, and he is so stubborn, I'm afraid to mention a nice assisted living apt, he will not take kindly to that. I have to figure some way to deal with this topic. He won't even have someone come and help clean  He has been told repeatedly to not shovel by me, so he has a person do it, and then goes out because it isn't good enough. Help would be appreciated, for any suggestions. I have to leave in awhile to go to the store.

   Have a nice trip to the store.I know after Tuesday things will calm down for you.The assisted living facility topic will be       to him.He sounds stubborn like my Dad.Maybe if you could persuade him to have someone come in and help just a little.
I feel for you,because if something happened to my Mom,my Dad would be a handful.    One day at a time NoRose.

Thank-you Trimm, we have no family left to speak of, my dad is there alone, yes he has many, many friends that are kind and helpful. My plans in my head now for awhile, is to move back with Zoe in the spring, my dad wants me to come with her, they really love each other. My husband and kids can do fine without me, it is now time to move on, and take care of things back home. He has told me the house is mine, so you can come anytime to stay or live. So I will be working out in my head how to manage all that, but it really is time to go back home.

I know you are talking to TRIMM, but I have a feeling that going home will be good for you in many ways. I could hear the longing in some of your posts of wanting to go back home. I never thought you would really consider it, but I am glad you are.

I said a prayer for all my monkeys. I rushed home thinking that the Halloween skating was on after the Cup of Russia, it isn't gymnastics is on, Halloween skating doesn't come on until three.  I could have gone skating. Oh well, I'm about to leave to go get my chinese food.

No Rose, maybe the nice couple that is picking him up from the airport could suggest the assisted living. Sometimes it is better coming from friends than it is for family to suggest it. I'm glad it is going to be cooler for you this week. Speaking of Milwaukee, Southwest Airlines is starting to fly into Milwaukee starting next weekend. I don't know how cheap the flights will be but hopefully it is a cheaper flight for you to get there. Just an FYI.

Yeah, I didn't get to see any of it. I think she took 4th. My friend is taping it for me.  I had to go to church. I hope you got to see Miki Ando skate. She is a beautiful skater and sweet person.

Thanks JSM and Fanny    I just have a overwhelming doom and gloom over me, because the last time my mom and dad both came to visit, I never saw my mom alive again. Hopefully it is just depression, and not some sign of something  Yes, I really need to go home, this being here is not working. Well, I couldn't find what I needed at Target, so have to go to Home Depot. Did get the Halloween candy though, it sure seemed expense, more so this year when I saw the cost

Hopefully it is just depression, and not some sign of something  Yes, I really need to go home, this being here is not working. I have those feelings of gloom sometimes No Rose, I think you just have a lot on your plate and I am sorry about your mom. Go to Wisconsin if that is what makes you feel better.

PS, I thought of you last night when I was watching Cops. Some guy was doing circles on a bicycle in front of the HOA house. He was pizzed that the HOA guy yelled/pushed at his wife. The guy on the bike had two times over the legal limit so he was arrested for DWB (driving while bicycling).  So next time the HOA pizzes you off, don't down beers and ride circles on a

     Thanks JSM  I was watching the news and a guy was arrested for being drunk riding a lazy boy recliner, he actually put a motor on it somehow and went to the bar
