Rant Warning:

Youngest comes home with two notes today. Pumpkin carving tonight has been cancelled due to threat of H1N1 and Family Dance has been cancelled due to risk of H1N1.  So the family dance I could really care less about other than I do a lot of Christmas shopping at it each year through the silent auction items they have.  Now the pumpkin carving pizzes me off.  A note on the eve of Halloween. And I am supposed to find a pumpkin where so that he can carve on for tomorrow now that the school is not doing it? 

I'm sorry your party has been cancelled Northern. That would pizz me off if it happened to me. I wish I could send you a pumpkin to carve.

Happy Halloween     Northern Rose sorry about the pumpkin carving    Trimm, thanks I will go read Blink's article on Morgan, I have my thoughts on that, but kind of keep them quiet, so not to upset people     I've had my Halloween scare early, at 4:30 this morning, I went into the garage for a smoke, and went to move my dish that I have bird food in, I put it up high because of rodents, I don't want any in my garage, I don't have to worry, I have one in my garage    Food was all over and I looked up at the cabinets where my husband has a bunch of this and thats and I came face to face with said mouse.  Then I took Zoe for a walk, and when I came back, I went into the kitchen and looked out the screen door into the garage and screamed because I thought I saw the mouse, no fears, I screamed at the newspaper that the newsboy must have thrown while I was out walking.

OMG what Fanny just posted about the funeral home man at Elizabeth's kinda creeped me out. I had a friend who's parents owned a funeral home, I could tell stories that creep me out to this day. I am now going to bed. 

Plus I have an "old" friend guy wanting me to go to a football watching party on Sunday.  Ain't gonna happen, which ever monkey has the best excuse for me not to go will win a monkey prize!!!

I just used the excuse that this Sunday is a Holy Day of Obligation, so that may get me out of it. 

The change from daylight savngs time not only upsets Josef's schedule it also takes a day of rest to reset your body clock so that you can be to work on time on Monday.

  That's a good one Northern, I didn't think about that excuse. I will use that one too!

  Northern. I don't think I could live up there as I am freezing right now and it is just in the 50's. You Canadians ROCK!!!

It is 33 degrees in your degrees here today, and chunky raining all day.  I threw a jacket on to meet the school buses only because the kids would have been embarrassed seeing me standing in my pj's today

That sounds like fun.     We'll probably eat sugar til we swing from the ceiling beams.     After today I am banning sugar until Thanksgiving.It should be interesting by the time Monday gets here.

The O's had to go to show and tell at school and block traffic for ten minutes.   Worse yet, the bus driver wouldn't shut up how great it was to be stopped in traffic so Dear Leader could pass by.   By the end of the tour I thought either my mom or I was going to kick his azz. My sister had no clue why we were so upset.

I can imagine now any noise you hear will be your new friend in the garage. One of my doctors was telling me about these new "humane" mouse traps. Maybe you should get one, he says he caught 4 mice in one day with them. He just moved to a new subdivision and he says the field mice are awful.
