Former Jail Sergeant Charged With Inmate Sex

Orlando, Fla. -- A former sergeant with the Orlando County Sheriff's Office has been charged with enticing a female inmate to have sex with him.

The Florida Department of Law Enforcement reports that 51-year-old Tommie Joe Breckenridge was charged Tuesday with felony sexual battery by a law enforcement officer and felony sexual misconduct between a detention facility employee and an inmate.

OCSO began investigating in July after Sheriff Paul June fired Breckenridge and reported that the 23-year veteran was having a sexual relationship with a very willing 23-year old female inmate who is in lockup on charges she mudered her daughter.  The inmates name was not released due to pending sales of photos by her attorney.

Court records show that Brock's DNA was found on the woman's clothing and her many commissary snacks.

Brock was released from jail on $100,000 bail.

Good Morning everyone.   Buds Girl, thank-you, I have to go get blood work done and see the doctor again, and I don't know if my thyroid is being checked on the blood work, but I will ask the doctor about my thyroid. I appreciate that.

These past couple of days have been horrible.I want to crawl under my bed.   
I'm lurking around for a little while and then I am getting my fur babies and hiding under the cover.   

I hope tomorrow is a better day.

My "stalker" asked if he could run Josef, I said sure go ahead, Josef took off, and they ran about 20 yards, then Josef dead stopped. I am glad he didn't cut in front of the guy, because he would have tripped over Josef. The guy started laughing and said we know who this dog belongs too. Just thought you might like to have a laugh, I know we all need one. Sleep well.

  And I am glad he belongs to you JSM.

'Fall' v. 'Autumn'

It is a common mistake to believe that American 'Fall' and the English 'Autumn' are equivalent. However:

In America, Fall begins with the Autumnal Equinox (around 23rd September), whereas The English Autumn is defined as starting 17 days after the beginning of Eton College's Winter Term.  In the old days, this enabled the posh kids to have their valet collect enough conkers ahead of the townies.  Stupid Americans can't cope with words with more than one syllable so they have to use fall instead of autumn.  In New Zealand, It is Spring, so it doesn't matter.

Autumn is a very common season which often comes after Summer, before Winter and both before and after Spring. It could be seen as coming before Summer, if "Autumn" refers to this year and Summer to the next. In the same way, "Autumn" can come after Winter if Winter refers to this year and "Autumn" to the next.

It has been proven statistically that approximately 25% of a year could be regarded as "Autumn".

The order of seasons is generally Spring -> Summer -> Autumn -> Winter -> Spring...etc, but today, with the Greenhouse Effect it is becoming harder and harder to tell.

CC, you had me going with that story too! I stayed up last night and read too much on the Somer and Elizabeth thread.    It's pouring down rain here, and knocking all the pretty leaves to the ground. I guess it's better than snow and ice. Son will be home from trip late tonight.
