I noticed that another RSO is listed at the same address as Hobbshit with the same offenses listed. Makes me wonder if some of his RSO buddies were posting at his site also

Thanks to those who posted the announcement from Hobbit.  I was just gonna post what you said, Grama, then saw your post........  I dunno that I believe anything he may write at this point.  Sounds like frigging excuse-making to me.  Not even gonna try logging in over there in the future.  Well... I may log in at some point just to delete my membership. 

Can't even do that Wyks...earlier today said site was down....up again...down again, now it is completely gone and only get some strange site which maybe the server.

Many of the past members have started up a new forum.

Good golly!  This reminds me of the 'boards wars of 2008' in the Stacy Peterson case.  God save me from those private forums!  I *should have* known better than to join H4H.

Yikes...I had the e-mail from hearts for Haliegh have not been to the site in ages actually forgot about it....so I clicked on site from e-mail to try and delete my membership and I can not remember my login information...I do not want to contact them and ask..lol ::MonkeyEek::also after I put McAfee on my pc if I tried to go to topix and read about Haleigh my system would shut down so I quit trying scared there might be a virus.

I guess Topix finally deleted all of his posts.  I was looking for one from back when I first started posting on Topix and Hobbit jumped my chit accusing me of getting some info from his site, that was before he opened up his H4H site and when it was AfterHoursFriends or whatever.  I had never been to or even heard of AfterHoursFriends at that point. Needless to say that he and I exchanged a few not so kind words back then.  Now that I think about it, he was probably suspicious of anyone, and wondering how long it would be before he was outed.

Hmmm.. email announcement today/tonight from his board.  Not so sure how one can possibly explain this away, seeing as how that *IS* a pic of who we know as Hobbit, on that RSO site....

Here is his announcement that he posted today on that forum.  Now what you see is about 4.5 lines ....  the actual announcement had 45 more lines to it...but what I am posting below is the ONLY PART THAT IS RELATED TO THE S/O charge.

He just appeared to jump over the allegations and go off on different topics.  I can post the whole thing, but I don't want to get into deep doo doooo over this.

I want to apologize to Heart, Cookie & Brandi for not posting this info when you asked.  I did not want to get in the line of fire for posting it.  I hope you understand.

As I said, things are not always as they seem. For instance, I'm not a high risk SO, I don't have GPS monitoring, I have no restrictions about being around children or where I live. What happened wasn't as it was presented and occured back in 1988. People already have their opinions and not much will change that anyways. Beyond that, there are only a few I feel have a right to know more.

Just curious... since I know nuttin about twitter... can someone really do that, figure out a twitter user's email list and send virus's that way?  doesn't seem possible to me.  but then again... i'm very twitter and myspace challenged.  am still afraid of my cell-phone.

I have never been admin on any site, but I would imagine that, the admin of the site would have access to whatever information you provided when you registered.

I am on twitter, and the message that I got looked like it came from Marie, she says she didn't do it, but I think it is possible to hack into people stuff and make it look like you sent something you didn't, if that's what happened .....  why? and if that's not what happened .... why?

Probably nothing.  It's just that when someone joins a private forum, the owner has the email addy of those who join.  Will just filter their emails to spam for the future.

That hacking stuff.. people need to get a life, rather than spread misery like that.  IMO.  Seems to me all Marie was trying to do was post some scriptures and info on flyers etc for Haleigh's case.  For someone to try and cause her problems in that, is just disgusting, IMO.
