Evening all Monkeys and guests,

What I find amazing is Misty has no money,  no job, no home, but always seems to find a way to get around & is able to come up with enough money to buy drugs. I just don't get these people at all.

possibility:
misty gave all her scripts to her fam to celebrate her welcome home... the only way to get a early refill is to have a police report of them being stolen... used to be lost or stolen but now most doc's require a police report... bring a strap and a pill bottle with some crushed up tylenol... oh waah my pills were destroyed i need more....
or the pill bottle was crushed because that is all misty had of value and she held on with dear life... i don't see why tey would have had to pull her out of the car to get her purse or if they got the purse why the pill bottle would have been crushed and left behind...

Why would they want the fact they were looking for drugs brought to anyone's attention?   It doesn't make sense to me.  Wonder what pills were in that crushed up bottle?

Someone said a day or two ago we would be hearing from Misty again!
It didn't take long.       

could be as simple as cop saying why are you here? to buy drugs? girl 1,2,or 3 says no how are we supposed to do that we have no money we just got robbed... cop translates that to they were here buying drugs but got robbed instead...
either that or they are just as dumb as all the other dumb asses on cops that complain when they get robbed by a dealer...
i don't know but misty going to the hospital afterward and reporting the crime in the first place says to me that she was seeking more scripts... jmo/gut feeling... why else would you report it... it's not like she had credit cards to cancel... also find it strange that all that was left after the scuffle was a strap and a crushed pill bottle with unknown drugs in it... narcotics now have a description of what the pilllooks like on the side of the bottle... so why couldn't the cop match up the description to the pills?

would also like to state that if the labelon the bottle was tampered with removed or anything else then the person should have been charged with illegal possession of narcotic... it is illegal to have your narcs not in a proper labeled bottle... granted if you get arrested for that and then present the script at court then charges are usually dropped but if someone especially if it were misty claimed ownership of them and the pills were unidentifiable by the cops then someone should have been arrested... my friend got pulled over a 2am with script ibuprofin loose in her pocket book and was charged with possession... charges were later dropped... but still

Me either, its terrible and this one is only about 80 miles from me, I would never let my child walk anywhere alone in that neighborhood, its a bad one and she is so little, I just cant believe it....

Well then, why would you post your son and his girlfriend's picture on the internet for every one to see? Grown or not, did you get permission from your son and his girlfriend to post their picture?
Just sayin'.   Fanny, I don't think this discussion belongs in Haleigh's thread.  You could scroll on past higherhopes posted pics or report it to a moderator if you had thought it a problem. 

Yes I most certainly did and what does this have to do with a 7 year old walking home from school?????Ill tell you myself.....NOTHING.......my son is 25 and his girlfriend is 23, I dont think they will be walking home from Elementary school and my son never did, was there a reason you brought this up???????

It was a good special. 30 minutes. But they mislead us by saying they were going to cover Haleigh's case. They didn't cover it much. Just had GGSykes saying she knew what they were going through and her heart went out to the family.
