Guess I know better than to ask, but what I mostly want to know is this:

Is there anything at all in the Dompig tape, the DeVries tape, or that reporter's folder that is additional evidence that the judges haven't already discounted?

I feel confident that there is growing evidence of a cover-up and corruption, and that would help Beth win a civil suit, maybe even in Aruba, but is there help in nailing the perps???

I realize that by looking at WHAT was covered up helps determine where the key evidence is, but honestly, I think SM already has pinpointed a lot of those junctures. Filling in those junctures is what is desperately needed.

I really want to first see what Jossy puts out there. To be honest I was surprised that he stated what he did last week on Dana's show.

I have known about this for quite some time, but never would have said anything until Jossy did.

Let's just say that in order to tape someone, one would first have had to know that they were coming to one's office. So it was a planned meeting.

Then let's say ... why would Dompig feel the need to meet with Jossy and Jossy feel the need to get it on tape? Hardly think they were discussing Dompig's future med school plans.

Gotcha. Jossy said that he was keeping the video "close to the vest" because things had a way of disappearing in this case and that he would give it to KJ before it went to court. I was glad because that would give her less time to sabatoge it, like she did with putting Carlo's assistance in writing. ( purposeful, IMO)

What I do find amazing is the only way to get the truth out of anyone down there is to have a secret camera rolling with audio and video at all times.

Hopefully because Dompig felt the need to unburden himself. Like Carlo. And Jossy taped it because he felt that Dompig might recant. Again, like Carlo.

Yup, CBB, she has a habit of making potential evidence invalid. Such as the DNA that she had tested despite the order that it was not to be done since the defense had not had their chance to fight it being taken.

I would support Beth and Dave in whatever or however they chose to pursue this case, but I do think that a civil suit for obstruction of justice might very well be the best chance to divuldge some information that has been hidden and get it back on the record.
