The painting of the faces black is probably a harmless tradition
based on the story of SinterKlaas. They have Black Peter in Germany also. Whenever they have these celebrations  here in North America, Black Peter is there.  I wouldn't read anything into this other than a
traditon in that culture.

She used the pronunciation of Arubians instead of Arubans if that helps you to recall.  Was she the wife of Meriwether?  About the right age.  Also one of the more arrogant of the many arrogant ArubIan spokespersons.  Was on around the time of the demonstration against Beth.

Yes, they fully intended to vilify the family and turn the Arubans against them so that they would get no support and those guilty of the cover up would maintain the support of the average Aruban on the street.

At no time has Frances Ellen Byrd EVER said that she saw Natalee back at the HI and neither has Ed Kissel.   Never once does she say this nor anything even close to it at all.  Not once, not ever.  Please do not say that she did for that is just not true.  

Produce a direct quote if you are going to make such claims.  And, no, saying we saw her and let's just leave it at that does NOT mean they saw her back at the HI at all.  She means earlier that evening or she would have been very clear it was after C&C and she says no such thing.  She is merely dismissing the reporter and nothing more.

Perhaps you have been reading questionable sources too much.  But please don't state misinformation as fact.

Natalee was NEVER seen back at the Holiday Inn by anyone.  There are no such claims and both parents have said that it is not her in the bogus video.  Both parents have made it abundantly clear that she was never seen again by anyone after getting into the car with the J2K at C&C and lies promulgated by hate sites to the contrary are just that.

A RUMOR from Aruba about Guido:

1. Guido came to work the day after Nat was reported missing, very nervious.. This boy is usually very calm.
2. His face was all scratched.
3.A female coworker told him she heard Joran was questioned, he said: "No, he is not." She said: "yes, he is. I just heard this on the news".
4. He acted very nervious, he did not even order food like he always does. (cafeteria)
5. His shift should have ended at 12:00am, but he left earlier at 10:00pm
6. Guido left to Holland 2 months before he planned.
7. Coworkers testified this to authorities.

Guido may be related to the Wever Crematory
Guido is related to Arleen Schipper

Little Black Sambo was a part of our culture and also harmless but we were taught that this is just not done and so he had to be totally deleted.  Along with the mention of color of many longstanding cultural traditions, the fact that this Black Peter is there to do harm or something bad like take the children away is a negative connotation associated with his color and would not work in our culture today.  Somebody would get sued in a NY second.

Little Sambo didn't even do anything bad but he had to go and was one of my fav childhood stories. Pancakes and butter and everything in the story.  He had to go because his color was incorporated into his name just as is Black Peter so if Sambo was racially offensive, certainly Peter is as well and moreso because he does something bad.  Whole Sambo's restaurant chain had to change its name.  Was never the same and went bankrupt.  Had great pancakes, too.

Yes, I do.  I believe that was about the same time as the cop who seemed to be walking his beat was asked, and he stated he felt Natalee ran away of her own freewill. The brainwashing had begun.

For some reason, Anna, I recall the Merryweather woman being on at some point and cannot decide if this is who and where I saw her, or not.  It seems she was rather matronly looking woman, older, hard in her demeanor.  I remember the old woman being on and stating that and I think I have seen the Merryweather woman, and whether or not these are synonymous, I just cannot recall.

The last name was the same but in Aruba that usually means they do not know each other, are not related and never saw each other in their entire lives despite living in such limited land mass.   Or is that only true for Croes, Wevers, Odubers and Tromps?

JVDS is the one that we are sure of possesses the violent background blaming of others for his own actions.  We know that he drives cars of others, K mother Nadira's & his own egg donor's car so along those lines Guido's car could definitely been used that night by the goon thug.  I could even see a physical altercation by the goon thug on Guido for being angry that his car was used.  Betcha lots of people keep their keys under the seat or above the visor on that Devil's Rock as they don't have to wear alot of clothing & are in the water often, ocean & pools, don't want to lose your keys from your pockets.
