The state had the cropped version only at the time of the depositions and up until our article at a minimum.

There are 2 posters on blinksite that claim the cropped version of that photo was on caylee is missing site, which as we all know, is owned/maintained by the Anthonys PRIOR to the doc dump which included them in August 09.

When we review Cindy and Lee depo in particular, they are very specific as to the edits of the photo, and then state (sic) they have never seen it. Bullcaca.

I would venture to say that there are several possibilites then...but all go back to Casey.  The original was on a missing cellphone is the easiest idea.  If the photo had then been stored on any of the A's computers originally, then couldn't LE retrieve that photo or when it was downloaded and then removed..say to a thumbdrive or CD?  I ask this because I thought everything that was oringally on a computer, even if deleted, can still be found in unallocated clusters..as to when it was there and when it went poof.

Anywho..definitely Linda Drane believes that photo was in the garage in something..because when she starts asking about Casey leaving through the garage and retrieving things is when the conversation gets hairy..Baez wants Cindy to not respond, Cindy is trying to say Casey never left the house through the garage (right), and then next thing we know the elusive pic is being discussed and Baez goes ape to get Cindy to shut the f up....surprised he didn't say that..probably did later to her in private.

I aso think that while Ricardo, Amy and JP where in PR Casey was using Amy's car, Amy's bank account and Ricardo's and JP's apt.  What sweet friend she is.

I agree. Every day they show us that it's all about them. I can't think of one instance where they have done anything without ulterior motives. Casey lived her life modeled after her parents and continues to do so today.

Again last night I was reading Cindys dep and i noticed as she talks about change of clothes in the diaper bag she states caylee had on a blue shirt the june 15th. I am waiting to hear if the blue fibers found on the duct tape match the shirt from the 15th?? I wonder if LE has that shirt?? Also notice while cindy is pinpointing and making an exibit of items in the car they skip the diaper bag. Did she just throw that in later? Was it never in the car? i also find it odd that casey would leave home without Caylees things.

  I just started to catch up on little Caylee's thread, to see this. Mad, the word mad doesn't even begin to explain what I'm feeling right now. The Anthony Clan live in a parallel universe, they have too, to actually show up at this little sweetheart's funeral. Do they need the attention this bad? If they need the attention this bad, why not go on the radio show that the shock jock is offering 25 grand for your ignorant, senseless lies. America is sick of you two and that disgusting evil spawn that you call your daughter. Nobody that has lost a child the way Somer's family did, need you there, nobody needs you anywhere, frankly. It is a shame that Somer's mom is so nice, because if she wasn't she should have had a list of people that she did not want at her little one's funeral. And you Cindy and George would have been the only two on the list. Go to he!! already.

Spindy and George are in J'ville for Sommer's funeral. There is a vigil tonight in Tampa for Elizabeth and Sommer. That's gonna be a long drive for them to beat feet to be there. I wonder if the Anthonys now have the services of a private jet?

I'm surprised they weren't escorted out too. I guess everyone was just flabergasted to see them there. They should have been on the receiving end of a "DO NOT ADMIT" and see how it felt.

The video doesn't count although I'm still surprised she's not standing there grinning her stupid face at it. What a camera wh@re! In typical family pics, there are lots found of family members looking at the kids, you know? Lots looking at the kids adoringly even. spindy couldn't find any to put out there or I'm just not seeing them yet?
