I thought the dress did look alike at first however I notice the sleeves in the globe pic appear to be longer, if that makes sense.


That photo on the Globe could have been photoshoped, and more with media software. NO telling when the pic of Caylee was acturtally taken. 

anyone remember what day these were taken at fusian?

Hmm, just off the top of my head while catching up today...just wanted to remind everyone that there was discussion early on that Casey took Caylee to Fusion one night & her friends reportedly told her that it was not a good idea(if memory serves Roy House & a girl from Fusion claimed this very early on in the case, I have not dug thru the mountains to find it pointedly).

What is Casey's defense going to say next that Caylee was abducted from Fusion by a stranger but Casey had NO reaction visible to anyone OR that someone retaliated against Casey for something by abducting then murdering Caylee?   Problem with that Cindy and Caylee were visiting great paw paw AFTER Caylee was reportedly seen at Fusion.    If the pic was indeed taken  versus cropped by the Globe it indicates that Casey had that t-shirt in her possession, certainly not a fathom nanny.  I think Casey's outfits are similar but not the same, probably Targe' specials.  Could this be an explanation for Casey's reported June 9th date versus June 16th & why her family backed this claim knowing full well Cindy was with her father & Caylee on June 15th?    Sure would explain Cindy's venomous attacks against detectives when they discovered the discrepancy in all of their statements with timestamped proof.  Would this not explain why Bozo has pictures Casey gave him under his seal?   

Still contemplating all this myself but that was an initial reaction
