The agent (the brainwasher) must have complete control over the target (the brainwashee) so that sleep patterns, eating, using the bathroom and the fulfillment of other basic human needs depend on the will of the agent. In the brainwashing process, the agent systematically breaks down the target's identity to the point that it doesn't work anymore. The agent then replaces it with another set of behaviors, attitudes and beliefs that work in the target's current environment."

It's happening across the U.S.- from Maryland to Minnesota, Iowa to Utah, American children as young as 12 years old are being sold by pimps in prostitution.  By law, any child in prostitution is a victim of human trafficking.  And how can such rampant sexual exploitation of America's youth exist? Pimp control. We use "pimp control" to refer to the targeting, recruiting, and maintaining of a person for commercial sexual exploitation- in many cases, a child.

Here in America, the average age a child is targeted and recruited into sex trafficking is 13 years old.  Pimps prey on the innocence of youth because it provides them with a target that can be romanced, tricked and then brutally forced into the sex trafficking market. Pimps use a variety of techniques to target and recruit a child into prostitution, from immediate force and violence as demonstrated in the case of two underage girls from Toledo, to the more common "loverboy" or boyfriend approach.

With either approach, pimps prey on and target girls who project a low self-esteem, or who have run away from home due to familial physical or sexual abuse.  This provides the pimps with the opportunity to fill the gap of the lover or caretaker role as both "daddy and boyfriend". The pimp will invest as much time as necessary into securing the trust and loyalty of his victim.  He will fulfill all his promises, buy her nice things and say all the caring words that she has been longing for -  biding time to turn the seemingly caring relationship into one of sexual exploitation and torture.

Mickey Royal, a self-proclaimed pimp who has written a book "The Pimp Game: Instruction Guide" explains the process:

"This is the first step in getting her to totally depend on you.  You'll start to dress her, think for her, own her.  Her family will become her No. 1 enemy and she'll attack them with all she has because they are trying to keep her from that which brings her joy - You.  If you and your victim are sexually active, then slow it down.  Once a week is fine.  After sex, take her shopping for one item.  Hair and/or nails are fine.  She will develop a feeling of accomplishment.  The shopping after a month will be replaced with cash.  The love making turns into raw sex.  She'll start to crave the intimacy and be willing to get back into your good graces.  After you have broken her spirit she has no sense of self-value.  Now pimp, put a price tag on the item you have manufactured."

Once she is locked in to this exploitation, it is extremely difficult to get out.  The pimp controls every movement both physically and psychologically.  He tells her what to wear, how much to charge, and who to serve.  She is often not allowed to come home until the full quota of clients is met.  All of the money is handed over to the pimp each night.

When G-Unit sang about their "bottom bitch", they weren't talking about a mean ex-girlfriend with a fantastic badonkadonk.  They were talking about a pimp's "bottom bitch" or "bottom", his favorite prostitute, and often the girl he relies on to help him manage the other women he controls. A bottom will often start out as the pimp's first prostitute, and in some cases, will eventually become a pimp-or a human trafficker- herself.

It happened this week in Phoenix.  A 16-year-old and a 17-year-old girl were arrested on child prostitution charges.  Apparently, these two girls had recruited five more teens between 14 and 17 into prostitution.  They recruited the teens from area high schools, rented an apartment which they ran as a brothel, and charged hundreds of dollars a trick.  The crime they committed could have been charged as federal human trafficking or as child prostitution under local law.  No word yet as to whether or not trafficking charges will be added.

While the news coverage hasn't made any mention so far of the accused teen girls being under the tutalige of another pimp, one has to ask- how do two teens know how to recruit young girls into prostitution and set up a brothel?  I would not be surprised at all to find out that at least one of these girls was a bottom for another pimp.  It is not uncommon for pimps to use their bottom to recruit more girls, especially if the girl is a minor and therefore would only go to juvenile detention for recruiting.

OKLAHOMA CITY —  A former Marine turned himself in to authorities on Tuesday after being named a suspect in the shooting deaths of four people whose bodies were found in a burning home, including a prostitute featured on the HBO reality series "Cathouse," police said.

David Allen Tyner, 28, surrendered at the Mayes County Sheriff's Office on a warrant that included six murder complaints. Authorities said two of the victims — 22-year olds Brooke Phillips and Milagrous Barrerra — were pregnant.

Tyner has not been formally charged with any crime. He is expected to be transferred to Oklahoma County later Tuesday, Oklahoma City police Sgt. Gary Knight said. He said he does not know if Tyner has hired an attorney.

Knight said police have not determined a motive in the killings, but said Tuesday investigators believe there was more than one suspect.

"We don't believe he acted alone," Knight said. "We've identified the one suspect, but that doesn't yet tell us what his motive is for doing this."

Authorities have not released the identities of the other two people slain.

According to a police affidavit, a witness inside the residence told police Tyner was arguing with one of the victims when the shooting occurred. All four victims died of gunshot wounds, police said.

Phillips had worked at the Moonlite BunnyRanch, a legal brothel near Carson City, Nev. that is featured in the HBO series.

Firefighters discovered the four bodies Nov. 9 in a burning home on the city's southwest side.

Tyner was a two-time state champion wrestler from Salina who finished his high school career at Locust Grove, where he was a state runner-up his senior year in 2000, said Johnny Cook, Tyner's wrestling coach at Locust Grove.

"This is just unbelievable," Cook said. "He was as good a kid as you could find — a hardworking, passionate kid who'd give you the shirt off his back."

After high school, Tyner wrestled at the University of Tennessee-Chatanooga and later joined the U.S. Marine Corps, Cook said.

After a stint in the military, Tyner became a cage fighter and compiled a 6-1 record as a mixed martial artist.

Jason Nicholson, a former fight promoter who described Tyner as "like a brother," said Tyner was planning to fight in Kansas City next month.

"Knowing what he's charged with shocks me the most," Nicholson said.

Police interviewed 31-year-old Jose Fernando Fierro, who rented the home and was the only person to survive the fire, but said he is not a suspect, said his attorney, Shawn Jefferson.

Jefferson said Fierro was lucky to escape, but declined to discuss details of what Fierro told police or other aspects of the investigation.

OK  ... One of my friends knows the Madame of the Bunny Ranch as they went to school together... She tells us that the bunny ranch receives over 5000 applications per month from women that want to work for the bunny ranch. Presently they have 1500 Call Girls numbers and that the girls can earn as much as 5000 dollars a week.
The Pimps are hiding behind the girls.
This kind of temptation makes it very difficult to chase down pimps that inslave women and children.

Nearly 1,100 American-born youths have been trafficked into the sex trade and another 783 foreign-born persons have been forced into labor or sex trafficking in Ohio, according to a study released Wednesday, Feb. 10.

Another 2,879 American-born children and teens are at risk for sex trafficking, according to the 69-page study by the Ohio Trafficking in Persons Study Commission.

The commission study said Ohio’s weak laws, untrained first responders and high numbers of vulnerable youth are risk factors that contribute to the potential for women and children being forced into an underground, modern-day slavery system.

“The people who are likely to encounter trafficking aren’t likely to recognize it. It is very analogous to domestic violence 30 years ago,” said Mark Ensalaco, a professor at the University of Dayton’s Human Rights Studies Department.

The criminal justice system mistakenly treats teens as prostitutes who should be arrested and punished rather than as victims, the study said.

Additionally, customers who purchase youth remain protected, receiving minimal charges and rarely face prosecution in Ohio, the study said.

Ensalaco and others say Ohio needs a stand-alone law that prohibits human trafficking. A year ago, lawmakers added stiffer penalties for crimes associated with trafficking but did not pass a stand-alone statute like those adopted in more than 35 other states.

“State laws do play a role in the decision making of human trafficking organizations that are sophisticated and networked,” the report said. “Those more sophisticated trafficking rings are aware of the laws and potential risk of doing business in a particular U.S. state.”

Toledo ranks fourth behind Miami, Portland, Ore., and Las Vegas among U.S. cities in terms of arrests, investigations and rescues of minor sex trafficking victims.

NORTH AMERICA

Maryland: The authority may be censoring certain dating websites in an effort to combat human trafficking in the near future. A new proposed bill will require criminal and marital background checks  on those wanting to view profiles and engage in online dating.

Alabama:  Though incidents of human trafficking in the state continues to rise, Alabama currently has no legislation to fight against the crime. Therefore the Senate urgently created a bill and proposed it in the Statehouse.

Texas: A man was arrested for trafficking 13 illegal migrants from Mexico. He confessed that he was going to get paid 100-200 dollars from each person for transporting them.

Florida: Authorities encourage the community participation in rescuing human trafficking victims. A 15 year old trafficking victim from Guatemala was rescued by a woman who built a friendship with her over a year. She called the police after suspecting that the girl is being exploited by her traffickers.

New York: Sex trafficking is growing issue in Queens according to the authority. The district attorney says that the rate of conviction in Queens was 81.7%, which exceeded that of the city.

Georgia:  A new bill's effectiveness to deter human trafficking and regulate massage parlor is questioned. According to the report, approximately a half of the massage parlors in the state is illegally operating in the state. The report also states that though the bill is necessary, it is not enough to regulate massage parlors and prostitution in the state.

Wisconsin:  A man was sentenced to spend decades in prison for trafficking teenagers. He used his son to recruit teenage girls for sexual exploitation. He took nude photos of the victims and posted on Craigslist.

Connecticut: A couple was indicted on child trafficking charges. They allegedly recruited two 14 years old girls and prostituted them at a local hotel in July 2009.

ASIA

India: Number of missing children continues to rise in Delhi. While 17 children were missing on a daily basis in 2008, none of them were found. Authorities have yet to found out the causes behind missing children, but advocates suspect that the children are trafficked by the human trafficking ring.

China: China puts 23 suspects on trial regarding infant trafficking case. The authority suspects that they trafficked approximately 50 babies, which is one of the biggest child trafficking cases in the country. China daily reported that the traffickers bought the baby boys for 2000 -3000 dollars in Southern China and sold them  for $5800 in Northern region.

Nepal: U.S. warns against adoption from Nepal. The investigators states that the adoption documents are often falsified as the children are kidnapped and illegally adopted without their biological parents' consent.

AFRICA

South Africa: The authority estimates that 40,000 prostitutes will arrive before the World Cup in June. He added that many of them were likely to have been recruited from Eastern Europe. Also, the concern over school children trafficked for sexual exploitation is rising the country as the holidays for school will be extended.

Nut correct me if I am wrong.. But Prostitution in itself has many categories.. But Human Trafficking can be many things to..


Human trafficking .. That is when a person is moved across borders for any reason.
They may want it. Even pay for it to happen.

Human Trafficking involving forced servitude is moving slaves across borders for any reason.
They do not want it or are coerced into it and will work hours/years to there enslavers. Even being traded among slavers. 


The simple act of Prostitution within our borders can be by choice. Often is for profit.
Many women do this for a living.


So anyways I think the news get this all confused.. I think the public is confused and associate human trafficking to sexual servitude..
Sometimes it is but not at the Bunny Ranch in Las Vegas..

When Amber Dubois went missing I went on Craigslist in the area of Escondido and called the callgirls listed looking for possible leads to abductions of girls forced into this kind of world..
 I found it to be a great resource of information although I did get hung up on A LOT 
 I soon believed that Amber was NOT taken away by some group operating at the time Amber went missing in Escondido.
 I do believe craislist should remain untouched, there are girls listed with photos and if we stay quiet and allow it to exist maybe we might find other missing girls who have been forced into sex servitude by some pimp or gang.
IF prostitution remains underground it only hides victims.. But from talking with some of the people involved it became apparent that lots of these people operate prostitution because they want to and for profit.

Traffickers routinely respond to women’s initial complaints, including their requests to return home, with sexual, physical and psychological violence. Threats can include something as subtle – I use the term advisedly – as threatening to send a woman’s child a pornographic picture of her. As with women deceived about doing prostitution, this violence aims to teach women that they have no other option, cannot access help and cannot escape. One of the great skills of traffickers is their ability to move beyond simple brute force. In this way, women can be effectively imprisoned with well-applied and strategic physical violence, that may appear minimal to outsiders, cemented by devastating psychological violence. Traffickers engage with women’s psychology. They learn what women value, and work to their strengths and weaknesses. In this, I suspect we can learn something from them. I am sure if government agencies spent more time trying to understand how trafficked women see things, rather than seeing them as problems that don’t understand how we work, we would have more success in challenging trafficking.
