Casey Anthony case: More discovery to be released Friday
More documents are expected to be released Friday in the criminal case against Casey Anthony, the 23-year-old accused of killing her daughter last year.

Several hundred pages will be released by the State Attorney's Office in response to a public record request. Anthony's defense team has already received the paperwork.

It's unclear what information will be in the documents. So far, more than 10,000 pages of documents have been made public.

Anthony is charged with first-degree murder in the death of 2-year-old Caylee Marie, whose remains were found in woods less than a mile from her family's east Orange County home. Authorities ruled her death a homicide but could not determine how she died.

The state is seeking the death penalty against Anthony, who remains in the Orange County Jail.

Good Morning Everybody!  an angelic monkey

I am just so pumped up this morning over Shannon Detrick being found in Chipley! Thank God!  an angelic monkey

me too!  Great news.....but something hinky in all of it!!

Yes, something hinky- it sounds similar to a recent case in England where the mother conspired with another to fake an abduction- they were after the reward money. They are both in jail and the girl is in care..

I remember the England case..the girl taken was about 9 yrs old and I believe that she was missing for about 3 weeks before being found at a male friends home...a friend/acquaintance of the mothers...Hopefully this girl will have a much better life now...last I read/heard, this girl wanted nothing to do with her bio mom...who is in jail...where she belongs...

OK Monks....just from the information we know...what do you think will be the factors (evidence) that will convict kc?  I'll start......with 3...

1. the reported smell of decomp
2. Caylee's hair with death band
3. grave wax on napkins found in the car

4. Casey out partying with friends and never mentioning her missing daughter will be huge
5. No "script" found that she was supposed to be following
6. No pictures of the Nanny, no contact information found in her belongings
7. Non of Caylee's belongings were found where Casey was staying
8. Baby car seat found in the abandoned car, no parent could legally transport their child around without one

Hi Boo! Hi Monkeys! I would just elaborate a bit on no. 6

9. No evidence that an apartment at Sawgrass had ever been rented to Zanny Gonzalas, despite Casey stating she had kept Caylee there for over a year, or that she kept Casey's friend's child either. ( I can't think of his name, sorry!)

Do a Google or Wikipedia search for Adipocere or Grave Wax.
Here- http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Adipocere
It was found smeared on paper towels in the trunk of Casey's car.....

In Cindy's depo with the State, she says that she had Zanny's phone # written on a post-it note in her address book.  Monkey Devil! How convenient for her....that just screams of being a lie. She never had a phone # to begin with, but after saying she did, she magically produced one, on a sticky note.  Monkey Devil! Monkey Devil! Monkey Devil! She is still assuming everyone is dumber than dirt.

As in..... she either wiped it off of her hands or wiped it up from the trunk. I wonder if they found Casey's DNA on that paper towel as well?
