Casey Anthony's attorneys are questioning former Orange County meter reader Roy Kronk this morning. Kronk found Caylee Marie Anthony's body in the woods near the Anthony home in December of last year.

We can only hope that DC has realized that he may face charges for perjury, maybe more, and has come to terms that his actions could cost him everything he has worked for his entire life. I still can't figure out what's in it for him by continuing on, he has received no pay for his efforts in helping the Anthonys. If he joined this team to find the truth, then he needs to reveal the actual truth, not the Anthony version. JMO

Exactly.    And C&G didn't even allow him to go on their little cruise!   

He just needs to come clean and spill his guts.   

Gee I wonder if it is the fringe benefits he gets from Spindy that keeps him hanging on - these people are so shallow that it wouldn't surprise me that that is all it would take for him 

Could he have wanted to postpone so that his testimony couldn't be used in Zenaida's case? When does that one start?

Look at that little girl. Who would have known that in a few short years she would kill her only child so she could be free from responsibility and go out and party. Scary to look at that picture (aside from Cindy's hairdo) and know what their future will be.

Roy Kronk was a major story at noon today.

Wearing sunglasses and saying nothing, Kronk showed up this morning for a deposition in the Casey Anthony case. He is the former meter reader who found Caylee Anthony's remains in December. Casey Anthony is charged with first-degree murder of her daughter, Caylee.

WESH-Channel 2's Bob Kealing said Kronk turned up 40 minutes early at the state attorney's office. "If he was nervous about having to undergo all these questions, he certainly didn't show it," Kealing said. "At the state attorney's office, Roy Kronk was calm, quiet and cool."

David Evans, Kronk's attorney, said he had no concerns about any digging Anthony's defense team had done into his client's past.

Jose Baez, Anthony's attorney, declined to answer a question on that point on his way into the deposition. But Baez said the deposition would run all day.

On WFTV-Channel 9, Kathi Belich recapped Kronk's persistence in finding the toddler's remains. Belich concluded her report: "There have been all kinds of -- what some people would call -- ridiculous stories circulating about meter reader Roy Kronk -- that he somehow got inside information through a relationship he has with someone who works at the jail, that maybe he even had something to do with putting Caylee's body in the woods. Prosecutors believe him, no matter what his character flaws are."

On WKMG-Channel 6, Mike DeForest speculated on what was happening in the deposition. "Casey Anthony's attorneys are likely grilling Kronk about why he returned to those woods and whether someone may have tipped him off that the child's body was there," DeForest said.

DeForest said the deposition could continue Friday.

The stations promised updates later today.
