It's just really incredibly sad that the Anthony family are the way they are.  It didn't have to be this way.  It's far more important to parent children than to be friends with them.  If God wanted you to just be their friend, you would be and not their parent.  Not saying parents can't be friends, but if they're parents first, being a trusted adviser/listener/friend will follow.

Who is being framed ?

My first thought is Jesse, don't know. But that bag just seems to perfect to be there, something is off to me.

I think Jesse too. Or Ricardo. I think KC stole the used syringe from one of them on July 3rd and planted it there in a plastic bag to preserve their fingerprints. She may not have used it to kill Caylee, but knowing that she used chloroform, and thinking that Caylees body would be found sooner than it ultimately was (in which case traces of chloroform may not have all dissipated), she probably put some of her chloroform cocktail into the syringe using gloves. I think she realized that day that the jig was up especially after Cindy went to Universal looking for her. She had to start her coverup. She was at both Ricardo's and Jesse's places on the 3rd. JMO, for now--subject to change from one second to the next!

Either one, that makes sense to me, it is hard for me to believe that she would leave that there to incriminate herself, to me that makes no sense, I think it was planted there, or it could be like some think it was just some random trash, but being there was chloroform in that bottle, that would really be some extremely bizarre coincidence. I still believe that Caylee either was strangled or drowned. And I thought for sometime that the high level of chloroform in the car was from the stellar job of cleaning that was done in that trunk. Not quite stellar, because you can never clean everything away, but George sure gave a pretty good go of it.

I was always suspicous of her visit to Jesse's for a shower. Didn't Ricardo's place have a shower? She needed plenty of time to rummage around looking for something in the bathroom to frame Jesse with. The noise from the running shower would have masked any sounds of her opening cabinets or whatever. However, I think even if something was found at the crime scene that could be traced back to Jesse, it will backfire on KC, highlighting a failed frameup.

To be honest I don't think KC is all that bright, in spite of what her mother would have us believe. It is not a stretch for me to conclude that someone who leaves a maggoty plastic bag and used paper towels with grave wax on them in the trunk of a car, wouldn't think twice about shoving her daughter, plus what ever she used to kill her altogether and throwing it in the dense undergrowth.

HOWEVER...

If this was a frame up, then it could only have been done by KC before she was arrested or by her immediate family at some later date. Maybe the PI dropped it off in the general area and CA sent him to retrieve it when they realized it would do more to incriminate them than implicate another.

If this were the case then there a lot of people involved who are rather pleased that KC isn't talking. I bet she could bring the lot of them down were she so inclined.

Casey Anthony Chloroform in Syringe


The shocking news that traces of chloroform was found in a syringe near Caylee Anthony’s skeletal remains has riveted the case to new proportions. It was revealed yesterday, amongst approximately 2000 documents, that the prosecution had the proverbially smoking gun all along. Theories flew out the window as soon as the images of the syringe and Gatorade bottle were made public. What was left was a more sinister picture of Casey Anthony than many dared realize.  As many tried to soften the reality of what might have happened to Caylee Anthony numerous theories and conjectures surfaced.


The first and most vocal of these may have been the theory given by Leonard Padilla himself. Night after night he would appear on the Nancy Grace show and give his supposed scenario regarding what happened to little Caylee Anthony. It had been released previously that Casey Anthony had searched for neck breaking and chloroform on her home computer (though the defense will point out that someone else might have been the one making those searches); the idea that Casey Anthony had used chloroform to sedate Caylee Anthony was frequently discussed. What hadn’t been discussed was the notion that Casey Anthony purposefully and brutally injected Caylee’s little two year old body with a syringe full of chloroform.


The Prosecution has been saving their best evidence for last and this is going to be hard for the defense to get around. No doubt, they’ll try. But no longer is the image of Casey trying to sedate Caylee so she can go out and party a relevant issue. The evidence screams premeditated murder and the proof is in the syringe.
Also found with the syringe was a Gatorade bottle that also showed traces of chloroform. It might be possible that the Defense is continuing to hold out on their most prized evidence: DNA. There is a great chance that the State has DNA evidence linking Casey to the Gatorade bottle and Caylee Anthony to the syringe. If not, it appears that they have more than enough evidence to convict.


They better hurry on finding that impartial jury for Casey’s trial. With the new upcoming play Tot Mom it appears Australia is out of the question. Maybe they should consider moving it to Antarctica.

Ispy and Gizzie, my son is LE ...not in Fla. but I ask him some questions and he said as long as the SA does not have the written info from the FBI Bozo can't compel them to produce it. The FBI has their own set of rules and can hold evidence til trial. The SA's can be aware of what they have but as long as they don't have the paper work, Bozo can't make them produce it. I hope that makes sense.

Last week, it was reported that an advertisement for the Zwinky Web site featured a photo of slain toddler, Caylee Anthony. Zwinky is owned by Mindspark, a company based in White Plains, NY.

Hal Boedeker of the Orlando Sentinel wrote that a spokesperson for the company, Deborah Szajngarten, said “We knew nothing about it. Someone is using our brand against our wishes. We didn’t authorize this. We’re mortified. We are unbelievably disturbed.” She also said she had never heard of Caylee or the Casey Anthony case.

Casey, 23, is charged with the first-degree murder of Caylee—her 2-year-old daughter.
According to Boedeker, on Friday, the ad was still on the Web. Szajngarten said that Mindspark is “…working to get it shut down.” She added, “This is not what we’re looking for.”

Boedeker also noted that Zwinky ads have used images of other crime victims, including Stephanie Condon, an Oregon murder victim, and Natalee Holloway, a graduating high school senior who disappeared in Aruba several years ago.

Szajngarten reacted to this information by saying “That’s even more disturbing. We’re evaluating every possible option to the fullest extent of the law to have this shut down.”

Zwinky.com allows girls, 13-years and older, to enter a virtual world, where users can chat with friends, shop for Zwinky clothes, and play games.

Just me - but I always thought the reason KC went to Jesse's house for a shower was because she really did need a body wash/shower after having sex with someone other than her boyfriend.   Maybe she had just turned a trick (she was hard-up for money) or maybe she had just had a quickie with one of her many "friends"  (Tony R. comes to mind), and needed to refresh herself.

What I find hard to comprehend is who on earth would want to see a play about this case????  How can a decent script be written?  And at this time???  The story is not complete yet.  How on earth can there be anything of entertainment value therein?  This is morbid and maudlin at best.  And this is not honoring Caylee, IMO.

What in the world would anyone derive from producing or seeing it?   What is there to gain?  ... This makes no sense to me, unless they are trying like heck to see if the audience can come up with various defense theories that they can float in court?    It is sickening.

I agree.   I wouldn't waste my money going to this play.

I always thought it was a fishing expedition- she was either trying to take something from his bathroom to dump with Caylee, or was going to leave something with the hope the LE would search and find something implicating...  If anything found with the remains can be traced back to JG we shall know which it was.
