Oh, and by the way, I asked a question earlier on when everyone was talking about the Gatorade bottle and where she "could" have gotten the syringe...Wasn't there a pharmacy receipt also found with the remains, is it possible it is the receipt for the purchase of the Gatorade and syringe (I remember LA saying that some receipts were missing and he didn't understand why she kept all of these other receipts but that there seem to be a few missing!...)just wondering...

I hope they have finger prints and DNA but if there is a sells receipt all the better.. I just have to have more faith in people but it seems there are a lot of people that are brain dead, after following this case and others that are simular.. I wish I could go back in believing that there wasn't so much evil in this world but so far I haven't been able to go back to the magical world where make believe where there is friendly dancing pixies.. I just have to shake my head and say yikes!  how did all this evil come into this world and now attacking our children..  Well back to work and hopefully Casey never sleeps another night without knowing that someone more evil than her is waiting for her to join him..

We are here for Caylee.  I hope the SA has a smoking gun, even if I don't know what that is yet.  I have to agree with an earlier poster, who said KC is prolly doing ok where she is at right now, no job, no family, lots of press...ect.   Susan Smith has been able to survive prison, BIG BERTHA has not taken her out. She even managed to get a std while behind bars.
KC needs something to be taken away from her that matters, but what would "that" be?

Mayabe Lyons is squashing any comments. She seems to be about doing what's best for her client (I think) while Baez is about getting publicity for the first hispanic lawyer...yada, yada...
Also, Maybe they realize the prosecution is willing to play hardball now, to counter any attempts to taint a prospective jury, such as releasing the recent depos to counter 48 Hrs.

The Anthony family's private investigator will have to answer questions under oath in the case against Casey Anthony, but he'll get more time to prepare.

Private Investigator Dominic Casey was set to be deposed on Thursday, but it's been pushed back until December 16. Dominic Casey filed a motion on October 21, to stop his November deposition.

I was reading about the clothes that Caylee was supposed to be wearing June 16th, I was wondering how many of you believe that Georgie ever saw her that morning. I think he didn't, I also think Cindy instructed him on what to say happened that day and he is sticking to it. I know I wouldn't remember what my grandchild was wearing one month after I last saw her....unless I expected never to see her again.
Casey was at home until 4pm according to cell pings and computer use, nothing in this case, other than evidence gleaned from sources other than the family, has any credibility whatsoever.

Private investigator Dominic Casey will be deposed by prosecutors Dec. 16 instead of Thursday, WFTV-Channel 9 reported at noon today.

He works for the family of Casey Anthony, who is charged with first-degree murder in the death of her daughter, Caylee.

"Dominic has been trying to get out of the deposition, he says, because he went to work for Casey's defense team, he shouldn't have to answer any questions," anchor Barbara West said. "He was videotaped in the woods near the Anthony family home in November [last year], a month before Caylee's remains were found there."
