LE shifting through juridical and legal protocol.

LE was out at the landfill yesterday as well. LE officer stumbled upon the body.

Some of the trash got to the landfill yesterday, some today.

I think the LE knew something also, they must have gotten a tip or someone called or something......I cant believe this has happened, and how can they throw her in the trash, OMG

Samuel is Somer's twin brother, Somer is one minute older than Samuel.

That is a standard question in an investigation like this.

Few things:

Frequently, if LE gets a tip, or acts out on a hunch of a POI, they will not go public with that information because it will necessitate them identifying a suspect, in turn, they have to mirandaize them. That's the equivalent of a gag on the one person they desperately want to talk.

This crime really presents as a "known offender" to me, sorry to say. I hope I am wrong.

Denia Thompson works in a dental office.

That is my 7 year olds favorite color too!  Has been since she was a year and half old and could only say pur pur.  I can tell you my kids are getting extra loving tonight, even if they do catch the flu from me.  I don't want to even imagine the suffering this girl may have gone through.  God help us all.

I thought I heard that too and the lady explained that perhaps the dog picked up just her normal route home.....maybe I am wrong I have been a nervous wreck watching today. Its so sad another small life is lost.
