Exactly!  They aren't just picking on us either, they are posting on local news websites as well.  I'm not going to tell you which one they are but they posting here and likely on many other sites:

Before I leave I'll just say it as it is on the web so therefor public information.  I saw a state teacher elem/sec - playing legal eagle on the web if it's him.   I'll keep the name in my memory bank for the future.  Night.
