Sex Offenders and possible POI in the case

Post info on sex offenders and other persons of interrest in the Somer Thompson murder.

Although no POIs have been declared by LE in this case yet, I still want to know why Clayton William Graham is listed in the police report:




On the date of the police report, he was listed as Absconded.

On 10-23-2009 his status had been changed to Released: Required to Register.

There is an update on CWG in this article, but I don't understand how his name and information could "accidently" get on the original incident report.......

That person was named by someone who later turned out to be mistaken about the identity, Justino said.

CWG is still showing up as a wanted person on the FDLE wanted person site. It is noted on the home page for the site that: "Information provided through this site is updated from the Florida Crime Information Center files every 24 hours." My question would be, why is the warrant still active?
