Obama Admin would send Americans to jail, the failure of government...

Why is it that the Obama administration would send Americans to jail for failing to pay for healthcare?  What about all those other folks that cheat on their taxes?  Any jail time for them?

What about all the illegal aliens?  Any jail in their future?  Or perhaps, because they are illegal, they'll get comfy hotel rooms, and a wait that ensures the government will let them go because they failed to act within the time limit specificed by law?  Any chance the illegals will be sent home?  Deported?  Be held accountable for their crimes?  For failure to pay for healthcare?

Why fatal? Because, like all falsehoods and misconceptions, it leads to failure, and sometimes disaster.

Now Congress is moving health-care legislation in which the role of government will evolve to defining what health insurance is, forcing me to buy a policy that covers what government dictates, tracking my behavior through the IRS to see if I have complied, fining me if I haven't, and sending me to jail if I refuse to do it.

Just send citizens to jail...who in Congress cares if their children have no food?

Consider the government central-planning conceit that we are now trying to recover from in the housing and financial markets.

The federal government created Federal Housing Administration, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and other entities, backed by us taxpayers, to increase home ownership.

According to Peter Wallison of the American Enterprise Institute, "almost two thirds of the bad mortgages in our financial system ... were bought by government agencies or required by government regulations."

Another expansion of programs that don't work - failure paid for on the backs of taxpayers.


Who profits from all these bad mortgages?  Sellers who buy the houses for pennies on the dollar and resell them to other risky buyers?  Taxpayers who continue to back the risky mortgages? 

And, of course, low-income people who are the supposed beneficiaries of government compassion are the victims. Foreclosures in minority neighborhoods are reported to be seven times higher than the national average.

We can expect the same results from government taking over health care as we've gotten from housing socialism.

What about the windfall profits expected to shower on the AMA?

I saw on tv the other day, that the AMA should expect a windfall of profits from their CPT code revenues.

I've heard for month that the AMA represents just a small percentage of doctors in the US.

The tv showed that government invented/created/spawned the original CPT system and gave it away.

Why should the AMA profit of the back of generational debt?

Anyone in Congress worried about the windfall of money being sent to the AMA?
