1152 Gano Ave is the house being searched today, and within a block of where Somer was last seen.

I wonder where Harrell moved to immediately from Wells Road.

Is booking sheet address is yet another one and he was arressted in Mississippi.    This is making me sick.

On Thursday afternoon, a search warrant was issued on a vacant house in the 1100 block of Gano Avenue near where Somer was last seen before she disappeared and was found killed in October. The 7-year-old's body was discovered three days later at a Georgia landfill. Beseler said Harrell previously lived at the home.

So he maybe moved to 1152 Gano when he got kicked out of the Wells Road apartment.

Clay County Sheriff Rick Besseler named a ‘person of interest’ tonight in the Somer Thompson case.  The Sheriff says Jarred Mitchell Harrell, 24, was arrested in Meridian, Mississippi, and is currently being held on a $1 million bail.  Harrell is not only a person of interest in the horrific abduction and murder of 7-year-old Somer Thompson, but he is also charged with 29 counts of child pornography.  Harold formerly resided in the neighborhood where Somer was abducted last fall as she walked home from school.

BACKGROUND: Somer Thompson was abducted on October 19, 2009, and just three days later, her body was found 50 miles away in a Georgia landfill.  Investigators followed the trash from her neighborhood in Orange Park, FL the week she went missing to the landfill.  Since then, more than one thousand tips have poured into “Team Somer,” a unit put together by investigators.  At this point, Harrell has not been charged with murder, but it does seem that investigators are getting closer to finding answers about Somer’s case.

I feel that LE has the right guy...if he didn't harm Somer, he certainly harmed other children...grrrrrr..

A reporter talked to two people who worked with Harrell in Clay County, never said where they worked, but one stated that he was kind of lonely, quiet, detached, but seemed nice. The other person said she was just shocked over the news.
