Dennie the interesting part is when I looked up the Simonsen 9th Grade Centre I was expecting a half way house or something like that.  Nope.  It is a school that is part of the Public School System.

Can anyone get on  http://www.abc17news.com/ .  My virus protection has blocked is as dangerous     It is one of the local stations and I am guessing they have something about the case up.

Court documents released Wednesday show that 9-year-old Elizabeth Olten was stabbed and her throat was cut. Earlier, a judge ruled that the 15-year-old girl charged with the crime should stand trial as an adult. Alyssa Bustamante is charged with first-degree murder and armed criminal action in the case. In Cole County Circuit Wednesday, many more details were released about the 15-year-old girl accused of killing 9-year-old Elizabeth Olten in October. Among them, that Alyssa Bustamante dug two graves in St. Martins about five days before Elizabeth was found dead. Alyssa also attempted suicide by using her fingernails while in state custody. Lawyers for Alyssa also told court officials he worried for his client's safety inside the Cole County Jail.   Posted by Matt LeBlanc

This morning a judge will decide whether the teenager accused of murdering 9-year-old Elizabeth Olten will be tried as a juvenile or an adult.  The 15-year-old has been in juvenile custody since her arrest last month after police found Olten's body near her home.





The hearing will begin at 8:00 a.m., and ABC 17's Greg Dingrando will be in the courtroom during the hearing.  Find out the results immediately on KMIZ.com and watch ABC 17 News for the latest information on the case.

Question that we may or may not have answered in previous posts but do we know what document Alyssa wrote that pinned her as the suspect? Now that she is being treated as an adult, would that become public? Do you think a family member found the diary or whatever it was and turned her in? Sorry if this has been answered but I don't remember reading about any specific details about it.
