Thank you Sunny, I just called LE and and officer is on his way here to read the text messages that the brother has been sending me all day.....Im sorry , maybe I shouldnt have brought it up, but these two boys are someone  I have known all their lives and I just had doubts about what I was about to do.....Thanks for answering all those that did...I have called LE and they are on the way here now....it ws a hard decission but I made it!

Thank You, but I dont feel real good right now, The woman the boy robbed turned out to be 88 years old and they didnt have any contact with her ThankGod, LE just told me that they turned her power off at the outside switch and when she went outside to see what was wrong they snuck in the back door and stole her purse among other things, now the 15 year old is on the run and they are looking for him, I gave them alot of info and maybe they will get him soon, Im so sorry to briing this here and will not speak of it again here in Elizabeths thread...I was just overwought I guess.....sorry again.

HH you did the right thing, I am so glad the lady wasn't harmed.  Believe it or not you might have saved this kid from worse things down the road. Stop apologizing.....you needed advise and you came to us for it.  If you feel uncomfortable talking about it here...just let me/us know and I/we will meet you in the MUSINGS thread...anytime!!

I would think someone would have noticed how she looked when she came home, which should have caused concern.  She must have been full of blood and mud and wet from the rain.  I would assume she also had cuts on her hands from the stabbing and possible bruises if Elizabeth tried to defend herself.  I hope Elizabeth got in at least one good wack.  I have seen before that often people who stab their victims get cuts themselves from their hand slipping down or off the knife.  With it being rainy I would assume that the knife was even more slippery and she would have cut herself to some degree.

Do any of you think this is Alyssa B?  Kind of looks like her but Lord, all the eye liner and hair in the face and they all start looking alike to me after a while!

You didn't do anything wrong.  You could do a search and see where a lot of people here posted someothing O/T and others responded and no apologies are necessary

So we received a clarification on the article that the grandparents did NOT take her to a mental hospital the night Elizabeth was killed.  This still leaves the question, why did she have an unexcused absence from school the next day ?  The principle testified that the Thursday was her only unexcused absence.  I know here the schools have an automated phone system that calls the parents if the child is not in school and has not called in.  The grandparents would have known she was missing from school Thursday?  Where was she?

Was the following Friday a school day too? Was she at school that day?

What I found interesting is Smooth Crim commented to him and he didn't reply.

I don't think Smooth Crim is really very close to Alyssa's friends - just my observation that could be wrong.

yes.  that was a Tuesday.  I think he found out that his friend is a killer during that 27 minutes.

from ky3:  JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. -- New details have emerged about the teen suspect in the slaying of a 9-year-old girl but many facts about the case remain under wraps. Alyssa Bustamante, 15, is charged as an adult with first-degree murder and armed criminal action for the death of Elizabeth Olten. Law officers say she confessed to digging two holes and to killing Elizabeth five days later because she wanted to know what it felt like.

Police and prosecutors have declined to say why two holes were dug and whether Elizabeth was found in one of them. They also have not elaborated on the "written evidence" that helped lead them to Bustamante.

On a YouTube profile, Bustamante had listed her hobbies as "killing people" and "cutting."


MAKES TONS MORE SENSE NOW.  I believe the earlier report meant that was Elizabeth's body discovered in either one of the graves that Alyssa dug.  In other words, just because she dug two graves doesn't mean she put Elizabeth in either one of them...............
