this place isnt pro-joran is it?  Should I be concerned about giving them my personal e-mail address or should I go make a hotmail one of whatever?

It's not pro Joran it's pro Natalee but there are some members that are allowed to post there we wouldn't probably allow here.  I would create a hotmail account just to be safe.  They did have a problem with a member sending spam to people if their email address was not set as private.

SPAM, try PORN. I do belong to BFN and I had my email address open to all and every. Now it is closed. There are some posters there who have been there in this case since Day 1. Granny Toad is one.And I do like to hear what she has to say. Ramm and Mitral are good withthe Dutch law and what is happeneing over in Holland.

Wonder how the date was known ?
In the filing by the Kalpoes there was a date when the " tollings " would end. It was December 15. I took that to mean that if one had not accepted the offer of the other, the mediation process would end.
In the affadavit, it is written in a way that minimizes the involvement of the Kalpoes. But point by point, the lawyers for CBS will address it.
Here's the Ha Ha.. The Kalpoes went to court  and were not released as suspects. If they were not looking at the Kalpoes as suspects when the Phil tape was shown, why were they not released in Novemeber of 2006 ?
Now that it is in there, the plantiffs get to address that point. And can bring the denial of the release into the court case for this one.

According to MF at FOB yes but the Kalpoes declined the offer.  I'm not sure how much truth there is to that coming from MF.

Yeah they declined the offer because they wanted to show their ugly mugs in the U.S.

There was an offer made. Not enough $$$$ . Kalpoes filed. Dr. Phil stands by the intergrity of his program. he will have somenthing on Monday. My gut is telling me that the money offer was made because there was NO CONSENT to use the tape.

There were quite a few points made about consent and HOW the tape was obtained. Just becasue an offer was made, does not mean the Phil show was saying that the tape was manipulated.
