Happy Thanksgiving Monkeys!  Thanks for all of your posts and keeping me up to date.  I was very, very brave and listened to two of the A. Lyon's You Tubes.  It dawned on me that she reminds me of a female Howard Stern. Female shock jock of the legal profession. She must sit back and dream up ways to be incredably offensive. Also, I have to add that she's about as attractive as Howard.

If BOZO was worried about leaks tainting the jury pool........he is sure right on this LEAK!! We need to make sure everyone possible knows about Lyons take on judges, juries and female prosecutors...post it on every message board, post in on Facebook accounts and MySpace and anyplace else where a lot of people will see it.

BTW...seeme...the link you posted to get to hornsby's posts at IS doesn't work anymore....I hope someone alerted Mr. Shaeffer to the posts on both Is and WS....

Yesterday seeme posted an email regarding Joy, and links to some of her sites. Supposedly there is a video of Joy and her kids having cupcakes and singing happy birthday to Caylee, which would have been Caylee's fourth birthday. Has anyone seen this video? I guess this strange event happened at B Park.

     I got it to work, now that was strange. Joy's little girl in the pink sitting next to the pack of Marboro Menthol Cigarettes, looked scared to death, until she got the cupcake 

She didn't look to me like she wanted to to participate in any of it. Shame what she's being exposed to. The video of Joy dancing in her living room I thought was probably just done in fun, and it got caught on tape. But this, this is kinda wrong. She's too young to understand what her mother is doing I think.

I think Joy is holding the camera, but in older videos, she was blonde. Now, it's darker. But in this video, she is behind the camera.

Seems  Hornsby has a difficult time abiding by the law and the rules - he failed to appear for one of the court dates but also interesting the deputy did not appear in a few of them as well - hmmmm that seems very strange to me.  How much money does Hornsby have?

Attempting to Implicate Roy Kronk to Insinuate Reasonable Doubt into the Murder Case
The Casey Anthony case has revealed more of its defense strategy. Unlike the "she was in jail" ploy, this defense is one that this writer predicted quite some time ago, right after Roy Kronk found the remains of little Caylee Anthony not too far from her grandparents' house in Orlando. It seems that Roy Kronk's discovery of Caylee Anthony's remains has become problematic for the prosecution and the defense will try to discredit him in order to exonerate Casey Anthony. Even the most casual ******* could see back in December (when Roy Kronk made the 911 call that alerted authorities to the wooded lot where they found Caylee Anthony's remains) that on this Orange County utility worker would hinge a reasonable doubt defense for Casey Anthony. And that was before anything was truly known about Roy Kronk.

And it is exactly that by which Andrea Lyon and Casey Anthony's defense team will hang their argument. They are contending that the Orange County Sheriff's Office and prosecutors involved in the Casey Anthony case have been so quick to rush to judgment and get a conviction against Casey Anthony for the murder of her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee, that they failed to consider others who may have kidnapped and/or killed Caylee Anthony.

Others -- like Roy Kronk.

Controversy erupted almost immediately after Roy Kronk found Caylee Anthony's remains in the wooded lot near George and Cindy Anthony's home. It was soon learned that this was not the first time Roy Kronk had called in a suspicious sighting. It was the third time.

Scrutiny was then focused on the Orange County Sheriff's Office and how finding the remains and having them processed in August would have been far better than discovering the remains in December, six months after Caylee Anthony disappeared and five months after Casey Anthony finally revealed to her mother (and the police) that Caylee was missing.

Orlando Florida Baez conspiracy investigation is ongoing
Part 2.-Of a continuing investigation into allegations of serious criminal activity on the part of Casey Anthony's attorney!

The States Attorney General’s office was first contacted in an effort to follow-up on this information. They differed to the States Attorney for Orange County Florida.

A call was placed to their office, they indicated the investigation wouldn’t come to them until it had been completed by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement or (FDLE) or the Orange County Sheriff’s Department.

The (FDLE) was contacted by phone at the Orange County Office. It was explained that this was a follow-up on information that Mr. Jose Baez, the attorney for Casey Anthony was in fact under investigation by a Florida State Law Enforcement Agency for (1.) Conspiracy to suborn Perjury, (2.) Conspiracy to cause false information to be entered into a court record (s).

The lady that answered the phone said “excuse me for a minute I’ll get you the person that is handling that.”

When she came back on the line she stated the following: “Sir we can’t discuss or disclose any information dealing with that! Have a happy thanksgiving sir!” Click the phone was dead.

A call was placed to the media center for the Orange County Sheriff Office, a message was left on their answering machine as to what it was regarding. As of this time there has not been any response.
A call was placed to Orlando Police Department, the lady punched in Jose Baez’ name and said they had (30) Jose Baez’s in their system and without an exact date of birth or a case number she would not be able to discuss it.

Several calls were placed to the Florida Bar Association the first man spoken with stated the following: He said, you have to understand that if this kind of investigation were going on at this time we would not be able to confirm it as it could prejudice the case or cases currently being handled by Mr. Baez.

At this moment Mr. Baez is still an attorney in good standing to practice law within the State of Florida. If that status were to suddenly change in the future; a press conference would be called and the information would be given out to all media outlets at one time.
He then transferred the call to another lady Channel, It was explained that this was a follow-up on information that Mr. Jose Baez was under investigation by law enforcement and was there a concurrent Bar Association investigation? Channel said: “Sir I can’t give you that information as you are a member of the press!”

She transferred the call to yet another gentlemen “He said I’m  not at liberty to discuss Mr. Baez but I will have Ms. Vanna Lyle call you.

Ms. Vanna Lyle called and stated that there had been investigations of Mr. Baez in the past but they had been dismissed. She stated “in order for me to tell you if the there is currently an investigation I would have to know exactly what the allegations were? “

She was given the two criminal allegations and asked if there was a corresponding ethic complaint under investigation? She indicated she would have to call back.

Approximately ten minutes later she called and said “I reviewed his file and there is not a specific investigation going on at this time regarding those charges.”

Happy Holiday greetings were exchanged.
One might be inclined to draw an inference from what she said that while there is not currently an investigation for those specific charges, that there are ongoing investigations at this time. But she could have meant something else as well so it’s not productive to speculate.
