Yep, I saw that too.  I remember he was the one who found and photographed the underwear/bathing suit on the fence, I am pretty sure.  I think the stuff was in Blanchard Park and LE took away bags of clothes, etc.  He is no longer on the site Moms for Justice either.

That was the same search Wyatt Locke was on with him. There were accounts on the Fox Orlando Blog from the searchers where they were encouraged to pick up the items by the leaders, and the LE was very unhappy. One of the leaders was on the phone with the media before the LE was called. I wish I could give you a link to the blog, but it is not there anymore as they went to a different format. IIRC

I'm with you on that.  Another thing that bothers me is this:  If you review his past posts on SM, in chronological order, he gives very detailed descriptions of what he did each day he searched.  In his affidavit, he states he searched with TES on September 1st, 2008.  Yet he doesn't post anything here from August 28th, 2008 until September 3rd, 2008.  It just seems that he would have mentioned the TES search to his friends here, who were praising him for all his local commentary on the searches and the area.  Anyone else find that odd?
